Ho ordinato una bacchetta Harry Potter per Natale, ben 15 giorni prima di natale. La bacchetta "sputafuoco" è arrivata in ritardo, cioè il 7 gennaio 2026. Inoltre è arrivata non funzionante. Ho scritto più volte al loro servizio clienti che rispondono prontamente, ma mentendo. Mi hanno promesso che stavano provvedendo a sostituire la merce difettosa, ma dopo ben due mesi non è ancora successo nulla. Esiguo un rimborso!

Acquistata una bacchetta di Harry Potter e arrivata non funzionante. Mai rimborsato e mai inviata nuova in sostituzione. Spero 35 euro per un prodotto da 2 euro: una vera truffa

Placed an order on 12/17/25, but never received the item. The tracking email links to a subscription tracking service which I did not pay for, and the free version sends dubious generic updates.

Stay away from this “company.”

The stole $220.17 from me. Never sent my items. Never issued a refund.

I have contacted them three times to request a return and refund, but I haven't heard anything back from them

Ordered crystal Pokémon ball mid December, never arrived and no response to my emails

Ordered an item on 2/12 for a Xmas present, had an order confirmation email and tracking details but still showing as being processed - no item received and money taken.
Multiple emails sent to this company but absolutely nothing back no reply.
Please do not buy from this company it’s a scam

Ordered from here almost 3 months ago now, 2 glass pokeballs. I have not received anything but an email asking how my order is lol. Which i never received. Absolute scammers. No reply to the 3 emails i have sent them. Do not recommend at all. So angry, weird.

Bought 3 of the glass pokeballs for Christmas presents. Over £100 spent. I appreciate they are coming from overseas so ordered well in Advance. The shipping information is still stuck at 14th Nov. Ordered through PayPal luckily and a refund is on its way. Sad really as I have 3 massive pokemon fans in the house and things like this you can't buy here in UK. Total scam do not buy from them.

Molto molto deludente. Calendario dell'avvento pagato 50 e passa € (tra costo del calendario e spese di spedizione) di Dragon Ball, contenente delle mini action figure. Praticamente a ripetizione i personaggi sono tutti uguali, nelle stesse posizioni (cambia solo il colore dei capelli in base alle trasformazioni). Mi aspettavo di più.

I've been shopping on otaku.com site since sometime in 2007 and they're always fantastic with securely packing items, fast delivery and at a good price. Close to 100 video game soundtracks I've purchased on their site and not once have I had any issues with my packages or late delivery. Also, their customer service are very friendly, too! A++++

I ordered an item from this site and it never came. I have sent multiple emails and had to involve my bank in getting my money back. Please, do not order anything from this site because it is not a reputable company.
