The customer service we received was amazing. We couldn't believe how friendly and helpful Hannah and Richard were. From sorting a mortgage to setting up all our required insurance. They were always great with replying to us when we had a question no matter how silly it seemed.

This is the 2nd time I've used Oscar Grace.
I highly recommend Richard. He is professional and has great knowledge of his work, whilst maintaining a friendly and helpful manner.

Being first time buyers there’s a lot of questions and queries, they both answered them in a timely and professional manner, if they couldn’t they would let us know that and give us a time frame.

We were constantly in the loop about what was happening which is for me the main part.

There were issues with external parties throughout and these were dealt with swiftly and put back on course without hesitation

Our fixed term mortgage product was due to finish and we were concered about a significant increase in our monthly payments. Oscar Grace was recommended. They have a simple online appointments system with a choice of virtual or face to face meetings at a range of times to suit. Communication after the first meeting was clear and options for us to consider were provided promptly and explained without pressure to decide. All communication with the mortgage provider was supported by Oscar Grace and the product we chose was tracked by them to ensure we got the best rate of interest at the time our new mortgage product started.
