I was praying this was a legit company when I ordered because they have insanely cute sweaters.

Not gonna lie: it took FOREVER for my clothes to be shipped. So long, in fact, I was on vacation by the time they got here. I NEVER order something if I think it might arrive when I’m not around because it might get stolen… which is exactly what happened. $400 worth of sweaters: gone.

I contacted Orwyy just to let them know that they might want to start giving customers a realistic ETA so they could prevent stuff like that from happening and you know what they did? They offered to replace my entire order. For real. All I had to do was pay shipping.

Not only did the second order get here exponentially faster, but the clothes were so damn cute! The sweaters are super soft and exactly as pictured. I’m so glad I reached out. There are actual people on the other end who want to help. That alone is worth 5 stars. But then they really went above and beyond.

This was the first time I ordered from this company. The reason for 4 stars was because of the length of time it took to receive my items (a little over a month). However, I received my items today and love the quality, style, and fit. I will definitely order from them again.

This was the first time I shopped with this company. I became a bit nervous that it took a month to ship my product but when I did receive it the quality of each item was exceptional. The fit was as described. Each piece was packaged well. I will absolutely use this company again. Pricing is at a good price point!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a hoax they say that they are located in the state you live i - they do not - they are overseas. They say there’s a money back guarantee- there isn’t - the quality is terrible - looks nothing like shown and is extremely cheap. I have asked for my money back and was told I could have $7 back for a $50 purchase. I will be denying the charge. Do NOT purchase from them it’s a scam!

I ordered several items at the beginning of January. They were shipped to me on the 8th. I received them a few days later. A few of the items were ok, but several of them were extremely cheaply made, did not look like the pictures, and one smelled horrendous. Since then, I have been trying to return a few of the items for a refund. I am getting nowhere with this company. They will not send me instructions or a shipping label. They will occasionally respond to an email and ask what I didn't like or what items I want to return, but then silence. Please do not order from them. You will get screwed.
