My wife ordered 2 pairs from their website. I was given conflicting information about estimated delivery.
Then when tracked, it seems my order went to the wrong state! When I reached out to customer service, I was given a song & dance about delivery. Then I was informed that my order WAS delivered to my address and it was not. They suggested I contact my post office and gave me a tracking number. Not only was the tracking number NOT from the USPS, it was not a UPS, FedEx or DHL number. I have asked for them to refund my money to my original method of payment, but so far, that has not happened. Such a sour experience with no positive resolution, just some more song and dance. I would not recommend anyone order from their site!

I guess I should've read the reviews before ordering. Not only are they absolutely horrible shoes, the customer service is ridiculous. They are trying to push another pair of shoes on me instead of giving me a refund. I've asked and now demanded a return shipping label and a refund with no response! How absolutely sad these people are OK taking a single mother's hard earned money!! 😢 Orthora you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Absolutely horrible company. First, their sizing is off and second the shoes are not comfortable at all. They WILL NOT allow a refund, only an exchange. They will keep going back and forth with emails trying to get you to exchange the shoes and will not honor the refund. This company has no integrity at all. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Don’t trust them. I decided that I don’t need a extra pair of shoes. I quickly e-mailed for them to cancel my order within 24 hours per their policy. They still placed my ordered and shipped.
They are Scammers....
I ordered a pair of shoes on April 1, 2026 and within five minutes I canceled the order; I used Apple pay. I canceled it because I remembered that a few months back I ordered shoes from them and they would not provide a full refund for my shoes; basically, I tried them on when I received them, they did not fit right. They said keep them and only gave me back a percentage.
Anyway, I have been reaching out to someone named Elle via email asking for my refund; it is now April 21, 2026 and nothing. She kept saying I understand and I will make sure you receive your refund. DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THEM. They are thieves! No refund as of yet.

The shoes do not have enough support and caused me pain when I wore them. In addition, they feel a bit tight. I have only used them twice, and cannot wear them for more than an hour.

Never received SCAM
Never received . They said it was delivered but i have 2 video systems and NOTHING was dropped off. NOT even a vehicle stopped at the time the delivery was to of happened.
SCAM!!!! DO NOT buy anything from them.
Cancellation and refund
I cancelled my order shortly after ordering because the shipping time from China was too long and I
needed the shoes for a trip . It took several days of me corresponding with them via email to get them to tell me my cancellation was official. On 4/10/26 Ellie stated that my refund was processing. As of 4/20/2026 I still haven't received a credit to my credit card. I started a dispute via my credit card company today. Beware!

My job demands I walk up to 35 miles. Usually change out shoes every 3-4 months. Orthora Footwear. Where do I begin? Mailing. Took over 4 weeks to arrive, received 7 emails from 3 different shipping companies saying they were coming. Shoes. They run at least 1/2 size too small if not a whole size. Heel Support. Anyone who needs ankle support none. Sole. Multiple round cushions and a bit strange. Customer Satisfaction. None. Elle from customer service was never rude, might even be an AL robot. Initially wanted pictures that took 3 emails. Pay for shipping to exchange shoes. I refused. I then had my annual podiatrist appt. She agreed they ran small, suggested I stay with the brand I'd been wearing. Went back to customer service with info asked for refund, many emails later going back and forth. they want me to keep the shoes that don't fit and send me a different pair "free" and they said they would wave the shipping as a perk. Buyer BEWARE. If I could give them a (-) rating I would.

Shoe is cheaply made. Step in feature does not work. My shoes were too small. Just wanted a larger size. They are giving me the runaround. Very dishonest company. Be careful with buying shoes from them. If you don’t care about losing money I guess it’s ok.

I ordered a pair of size ten, the size says 7-8, they are way too small. cheapy made , can hardly put my foot in them. The shoes came with a post card and says scan for instant size exchange, no questions/ hassle and it doesn't work.
