Product arrived faulty contacted them by email as the phone number doesn't work! They told me it could take 3 to 4 months to get my money back! Subsequent emails not answered ,having to return myself and paying for postage. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a massage mat, expecting it to offer massage, however it was not. I contacted them to request a return and they told me to wait a few months as they are dealing with fraudulent issues. I returned it via Royal Mail tracking service. They refused to offer a refund as they said they have experienced fraudulent refunds. I was told to contact my bank. Please be aware!!!! Fo not order from them!

Bad customer experience. I bought a bed massager in December 2025, when I opened it, it was not the massager I ordered. Called the company, the customer service person I did not feel was very helpful. I returned the massager based on what I thought was the wrong massager and to top this the guarantee had "Foot Massager" based on this I returned the item and was told I had to wait for refund in April 2026. I spoke to customer service and was told the massager was the right one, no other customer has made a complaint about it, so based on that I asked for it to be returned which was January 2026 and still waiting for it 6/3/2026. I have tried calling several times and the phone keeps fading out and I have emailed several times and no response. This is disgusting treatment and as a Business Teacher I will be letting my learners know this is not the way to treat customers. I am still waiting for some one to contact me, if I do not hear something soon will escalate this matter further.

Highly effective knee support, I have patellofemoral arthritis and no other brace I have tried has minimised pain and provided stabilization to the extent of this one, it is pricier than some but I would still wholeheartedly recommend.
