BEWARE- I placed an order on 5 Oct, did not get any email confirmation of my order details. However money taken from my account very speedily.

I waited till 7 Oct and wrote to ask about my order. Was told ‘Order processing before shipment takes between 1 and 3 business days.Delivery then takes approximately 6 to 11 business days from the date of shipment.’ Not a very clear message if you ask me.

I was sent an order number.

I wrote on 13 Oct asking about my order to be told they’re out of stock and they’ll inform me of progress.

I’ve asked twice now about a refund but no response to that request.

It’s now 18 Oct and I tried to track my order only to find a message that says ‘order not found’ …what a mess!

THEY FINALLY ARRIVED!
At least they admitted that their systems need improving. For that reason I am changing my stars from 1 to 3

No good received although tracking said sent and at one stage item delivered!
Contacted company beginning of October asking about the goods.
Eventually after 3 attempts and 2 poor reviews had contact. Said goods were out of stock and never sent!
They will send again and let me know.
I've heard nothing since. Resorting to raising this through Paypal

On this one occasion I must say I am extremely unhappy with the customer service. I ordered 3 dresses back in June, but only received 2. On contacting them they said they would sort this out and send the missing dress. Over 6 weeks later and I am still waiting. I will say that I have placed numerous orders and been satisfied. However, it appears like most retailers that loyalty means nothing to this company.

I had to leave 2 star as you can't leave none! I ordered 3 Kaftans on 21st July but I am still waiting. I had a message to say returned to sender as parcel was undeliverable. I cannot get any response from the company despite several emails. I have also asked for a full refund and had no reply. Do not buy unless you have money to waste!

I bought an Ornella caftan last year and liked it a lot. So I ordered three dresses this summer. Disappointing, muddy colours, cheap fabric, waste of money. Pity the quality has deteriorated so much, I won't be ordering from them again.

Absolutely awful company, I ordered three caftans, paid £60 and none of them suited. Have sent them lots of messages but haven't had a reply. Have now sent the items back recorded delivery and still haven't heard a anything. I will be taking this up with my bank to put a dispute in.

Rubbish customer service. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a returns label, and have contacted them numerous times. Totally substandard garment and substandard service. The sort of company that gives Facebook trading a bad name. Do not touch

Do not buy from this company! They are appalling. Nothing ever arrived despite being told they had been delivered.. no proof of it at all. Customer services never replied to any of my emails. THEY ARE A SCAM !!!

I have bought from this company previously and was very happy with my purchase but I recently ordered 3 more caftans and unfortunately 2 are not suitable at all, they are very unlike the first order and too tight on the sleeves (they are a different style). On their site they say they respond to emails within 24hrs but I still haven’t received a reply from them. I then decided to fill in the online form hoping that would get me a response but I’ve still not had a reply. I can see I’m going to have to go to my bank, as I paid by card, maybe then they will respond. I’m fed up of companies like this who have a terrible customer service.
Be absolutely sure what you are ordering is going to be ok because if you need to return you will have a nightmare on your hands, like me!

Appalling quality and even worse customer service.
I have contacted them for returns and received a notice that I would receive return instructions in an email from customer services .. but nothing. I sent another request via email and complained on one of their Facebook ads and they messaged me apologising and said they would sort it.. they haven't and I haven't heard from them either.
This is a scam outfit.. do not order anything from them.. Appalling service

I would have given no stars if I could! I ordered three caftans on 19th May on their buy 2 get one free offer, paying £60. They took two weeks to arrive, and after trying only one on I realised they were far too big, despite being advertised as one size fits all. I messaged on 2nd June asking how to return, received a quick reply saying I would receive instructions within 7 days, but have received no further communication despite messaging them again on 12th June.

Love the caftan but disappointed with the sizing. Sadly will stop me from ordering again.

My kaftan style dress arrived yesterday which is just about ok nothing like the same material as shown on the website and probably would have got similar in a market for half the price but it will do for sitting around in when the weather gets warm but wouldn't buy from them again but we live and learn just think twice before you buy their products

The caftans I bought were described as 40% linen and 60% cotton. They are not. They are 100% viscose. Then followed a ridiculous email exchange where ‘Sophie’ tied herself in knots trying to explain the misrepresentation, ranging from the manufacturers making an error in their labelling to trying to claim that viscose was 100% natural fibre. This company lies. Buyer beware! I finally got a refund of £60.

Extremely false marketing on social media.

Fabric is not cotton/linen mix. Very poor quality, badly overlocked and virtually see-through. Not fit for intended purpose as outdoor wear for disabled lady.

Very poor customer service unable to provide return address or facilitate free return labels or refund due to low quality products and false advertising/marketing claims. They’ll ghost you.

Opened a claim with my bank for a refund which they are now facilitating on my behalf

Avoid this false unregistered company and their fake worthless products. RIP OFF Merchants

Last year I bought a couple of caftans from them. I like them very much.
Several weeks ago I ordered Buy 2 get 1 free. Eventually one arrived. There is no more tracking and no more parcel delivery.
I have emailed customer support several times and not a single response from them. If I could have a reply about out of stock or any response at all I would feel better.
Save your money, don't buy from them. Ebay and Amazon have caftans too and at least you will get them

I ordered 3 caftans as Ornella got such good reviews on Trustpilot. They came, tried them on, loved them, washed one and it shrunk. After contacting them many times through their website, no reply, I sent the 3 of them back (at my own expense) with the original tags. Few weeks later and still no correspondence from them they sent the same 3 caftans back, I knew they were the original ones are I had written on the tags. Contacted them again and still no response. Very very disappointed, this is now in the hands of my credit card company.

The caftan took a while to arrive. However, I really like it. It suits me as I am tall. It is floaty and I would image cool in summer. I like the pockets, the bright colours, silky fabric and flattering profile.

It is a shame but they are not cotton or linen or any known mix of them!

Ordered from this company January 16th 2026. Never received order. Emailed company and they claimed my order had been delivered on February 2. I asked for proof of delivery and they sent me a tracking number. I entered the tracking number and delivery company said there was no information for that tracking number to contact vendor. At this point I opened a dispute with my credit card company.
