Scammers, paid for 3 months went dead after 1. Tried contacting and no response.

Scam service. Do not use them. Service was glitchy from the beginning. Worked on and off for 2 months. Paid for a full year. Now, 3 months later, account invalid. Hard pass on these people.

Pure scam. I paid for 6 months after 1 month link expired. No respone from anyone for weeks .stsy well away . Scsmmers

BUYER BEWARE! SCAMMERS. I paid for the lifetime service and got two months out of it. NO RESPONSE from customer service. No response from their WhatsApp numbers or their email customer service. They will contact you to set up your service, collect your payment and that is it. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE!

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE! Paying with Paypal - I paid using the insurance method and they were ok with this method but a month into my LIFETIME Subscription, they refunded my money but instructing me to send it to another account (non-insured) and they’ll manage my Lifetime Subscription (red flag)…. Because support was fast and responsive, I even suggested to cover the additional fees but stupid me fell for the scam and listened. Anyways, 2 months into the service and now they ignore me.

Absolutely Scam , bought 1year subscription, and it expired after 1 month, i contacted them and they extended for another month. Since then they are not responding anymore

Same thing happened to me as recent users. Paid for 4 connections for 12 months. Got about two to three months and he has cancelled all my services

Zero stars, if possible. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Like many of you, I bought the 12 months with an additional extra 2 months at no charge. Also like many of you, they said after the two months, it would automatically renew for the remaining 12 months.

The service was poor from the start. URL was no good. I soon regretted it after a couple of days.

This won’t help my situation, but if my review can deter others from using their service then it was well worth it. They are great if you have money to throw away. I don’t know about you, but I work too hard for my money just to waste it on this service from them.

In short, my advice is to start far away!

Hello, I advise you not to subscribe to it. I had the same experience as all those who spoke badly against this structure and its enticing offers. Already the superscription. by month had challenged me! I did after a one-year subscription trial for two separate accounts Every month it's the cross and the banner! Since yesterday , nothing and nobody to answer me !

Have had the same experience as most others here. The free trial went great, so I signed up for a year in September 2025. I immediately saw that the expiration was the following month. I asked about it through WhatsApp and was told that I should not worry as the service will automatically renew. That didn’t happen, so I messaged in October and after a couple days with no response, my service was reactivated for another month. Had the same problem in November and December. Unfortunately in December, my messages went unanswered and my service was not reactivated. Horrible experience and basically non existent customer service.

Paid for a year with 3 months free for a total of 15 months. Worked for 3 weeks and tried to contact them and no response. What a bunch of scammers

It's a scam. Don't buy. They offer you subscription for 1-2 mths. and when it expires, they don't respond.

Buyer beware. Avoid using their services completely. They only lure you to subscribe and after that they disappear on you, no assistance no nothing.

Got four lifetime subscriptions and they lasted for a month before expiring and they are completely unresponsive!

A complete scam!

Was good for the first month but had to request they extend my subscription every month even though I bought 12 months. Eventually,they stopped replying to me after the 3rd month so paid for 12months and only got 3 -SCAMMERS!

Complete scam. I paid for this service. Soon after, I expressed issues with it not working. To date, nothing has been resolved. It’s completely out and nobody is responding. Like many others, this is a scam and I’d stay away from it.

They responded to my previous negative review on 4 November. However, as I was away at the time, I was unable to take any action until 10 November. Upon my return, I decided to give them another chance, and this is my experience.
Their response is simply untrue and deeply misleading. Both of my subscriptions were cancelled, and despite repeated attempts, I was unable to contact the company through any of the so-called “proper support channels”. There was no response via WhatsApp, no effective live chat, and no way to resolve the issue.
The claim that they “never ignore clients” and that refunds are “always honoured” does not reflect my experience at all. This appears to be a generic damage-control response rather than a genuine attempt to address what actually happened. No refund was issued, no reactivation took place, and no meaningful support was provided.
I find this service totally untrustworthy and would strongly caution others against relying on promises that are not backed up by action.
