Sadly the pocket zipper broke on my Axis Backpack.
I sent an email to customer services and within a couple of hours received a very friendly response from Karen confirming that a replacement bag would be despatched. This was indeed received the very next day. Fabulous!

My early Christmas shipment was lost. I emailed OK and they responded same day. Karen refunded me one of my orders because it had been discontinued and quickly resent the other order to me. I treated myself to the angle crossbody bag last month and it’s been a life saver! You can fit so much in and there are lots of compartments. I love the elastic key chain - I will never loose my keys again :)

I ordered a backpack, which I am so happy with. It arrived very quickly, was well packaged and the design details on the bag haven't gone unnoticed (stretchy keychain, lots of pockets, great zip etc)! Really happy with my order. Will definitely be back.

So disappointed. My son spent ages choosing a couch for his first home. Made to order with a three month wait.
Within 6 months a leg breaks off as the fixing bent and ever since has been propped up with books. Not fit for purpose. Some jobs worth was sent to fix and within a few days it went again. Just putting another screw in is pointless if the fixing is broken. He waited for the guy to come back and when he did he says haven’t you got the part? What part ? Nothing sent. So still propped on books. Cost a fortune. Terrible service and very poor quality

Bought some bedding and although it was fairly cheap for superking the material never feels dry against my skin. It’s really weird. Feels damp and just cannot get used to it.
Here’s their email reply:
I am reaching out in regards to your order. I am ever so sorry to hear of the disappointment caused with your Block Stem Bed Linen.
All of our bedding sets are 100% cotton and are machine washable at 40 degrees. We would also advise to tumble dry these at a lower temperature and ensure that they are dried thoroughly before use. Condensation and excessive airflow can also cause bedsheets to retain moisture, however we will be sure to take your feedback on board and pass this on to our design team to review further.

There you have it. What a ridiculous thing to say and thanks for the lesson in how to dry bedding. I’d no idea. I can tell when bedding is dry it just feels funny as if it’s damp. That’s £72 down the drain-pardon the pun.

This company is unbelievably bad. Firstly they charge exorbitant shipping costs in the first place, in my case £7 for a roller blind. As it happens the blind was unsuitable, so had to be returned, unopened. I had already checked their returns procedure before buying which appeared to imply that UK returns are free. But no, scroll to the bottom of the returns policy, past everything else, and you will find a very conveniently placed paragraph explaining that returns of blinds have to be collected with a charge of £27! That is just unbelievable. I contacted Customer Services who were no help and basically said that's how it is. To add insult to injury the blind was reduced significantly 1 day after mine arrived.

I bought a leather bag, within a week it is suddenly reduced by 30%. I contact customer service who point blank refuse to compensate in any shape or form. Poor customer service from a greedy company.
