I didn't get my item deliveried and didn't get refund.

I got reply from Orkide, thank you for quick action. I am waiting for refund on my bank account. Still very sad I did not get my item as it looked nice on the picture.

I ordered a scarf from here a week ago, it wasn’t delivered to me but Royal Mail tracking said it was delivered and signed for somewhere in the northwest midlands while I’m in southeast England. Both me and Orkide used the correct address so I wasn’t sure what happened, however I contacted them and they were great in communicating and offered to redeliver or refund me. Although I didn’t receive it, customer service was outstanding, was very impressed and satisfied.

Fabulous quality. Only 4 starts because they only have limited colours available at the moment as many are sold out.

Once again Orkide have surpassed expectations. The scarves arrived beautifully wrapped and of a good quality. I’d emailed with a few questions all questions were answered promptly and fully including an upgrade to faster shipping as I’d mentioned I was buying scarves for my mother’s birthday. They’d remembered that whilst wrapping and wrapped in an extra layer of purple tissue paper, a nice touch. My mother loved her scarves, so thank you very much. I only apologise that I haven’t emailed or written this review earlier, I’m having some trouble with sending emails. I cannot fault their customer service, this is how it should feel when you spend your money.
