I was in Ór Jewellery before Christmas looking for a present for my mum. All of the staff were extremely helpful, they provided great customer service. My mum loved her present which was packaged so beautifully by the girls. Will definitely return.

It is a beautiful necklace but looks like it was thrown in to box and was badly tangeled. I thought i would have to bring it to jewellers for repair.
More care should be taken as its so delicate and for the price i paid i was disappounted with the presentation.
Reluctant to shop again.
