Not the fault of Or Jewellery but a substantial gift voucher I purchased for a niece's 21st was delivered to the wrong address. After a lot of detective work and kindness on the part of the wrongful recipient, it was finally delivered in person to my niece. Thankfully it ended well!

I’m shook at the quality of the ring. It doesn’t look 65€ at all. I’m really disappointed with it!

Great quality jewellery
Great quality jewellery, with beautiful packaging. I got a necklace and bracelet for my Mums birthday and she loves them.
I also have a necklace from them six months ago and I wear it everyday, love it. And very good quality.

I didn’t get the necklace I wanted
The delivery was fine but after I ordered a necklace that said it was in stock I received an email telling me I should pick another or get a refund. The email I got was lovely and they were very apologetic but it’s still inconvenient

Your staff in the Galway branch
Your staff in the Galway branch. Katie I think her name is. Excellent customer service. I bought 2 100 vouchers instead of 1 200 voucher. Katie withdrew the vouchers and promptly replaced them for me and contacted me again to make sure I was happy. Excellent. An asset to your business.
