This place is a scam!!!! Took money and never delivered. After 3weeks I contacted them I received a generated message and after a month another contact same reply!!! I contacted Pay pal they contacted them and them I get a notification the package was delivered. No package was delivered to my house. I was instructed to contact the post office. PayPal said they would look into it. The post office said it looked like something was deliver to where they didn't know. So I contacted both PayPal and Original wall and they both said oh it's the post office problem!!!!! Well I said it's a 100% satisfaction right and the cut off the email thread and PayPal said oh it was delivered so sorry!!!!!
That's shaddy on them both so I cut ties with them both!

If I could rate them -5, I would. I didn't think I would get ripped off buying a picture 🙄I spent 100's of dollars on art through them and it's been two months and I've gotten nothing. My wife ordered a big piece for our living room, it's been 2 months and still nothing. This is ridiculous how this company can just take all these people's money and still have a web page. I'm going to contact BBB

Placed an order for Christmas. Shipping was slow but tracking, Reached out to customer service since it tracking stopped updating 4 days before Christmas. Now the order has disappeared. The tracking leads to nothing.

did not even get items and kept getting response in email ' thank you for letting us know as your order is in shipping' and some link that doesn't have any connection, total scam and 100% fake rip off. reporting to bank fraudulent charges now

I ordered through this company and not only did the prints they sent suck terribly, when I reached out about it they told me I had to pay to send it back to china to get a refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! These slims of an excuse for humans are just out to rip people off!

Have to call my credit card company to cancel and report. These people are Chinese SCAMMERS. Ordered on November for Christmas gift and today being 1/13/24 and NO email or anything. So sad because they give honest little companies a bad rap. So much for trying to do business with foreigners. They know they can screw you over and get away with it. They are so lucky I love my Chinese food or that would be out to. Not even about the money. It was a Christmas gift. Be careful with who you deal with.

Ordered, they took money, never received product. SCAM FOR SURE. Company in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Try calling and number not connected. Never hear back on numerous emails. Learned lesson. Just beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This company steals low-res images of artwork online and uses that to print from. I am one of the artists whose work they stole and sold illegally without my permission. Not only is their quality bad, but they have no morals, are ripping off independent artists, and you would be putting your credit card information in the hands of a thief. FOR ARTISTS: I was able to get my artwork removed by submitting a takedown notice with Shopify since they are hosting the images. Shopify is great about removing material that is infringing on other’s copyrights.

Bad quality. I purchased a 5 piece set without frame ... Unknown to me, they weren't talking about an actual frame, but not even mounted. The print is bad quality and the canvas sheets have a white border and do not fit together smoothly. Very unhappy. Also, super slow shipping.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased a 5 pc Naruto wall art painting on Dec 3, 2021. It has been almost 3 wks and I haven’t received it. Nor I have I received an email ( only 2 text messages when I ordered). There is not a phone number listed. I have sent multiple emails to them to no avail. The painting was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. I am disgusted with the way Original Wall Arts does business…they are a scam!
