I had a great experience completing the Work Safely in the Construction Industry course at Origin Institute. The trainer was very patient and explained everything clearly, making it easy to understand even for beginners. The materials were well-prepared, and the practical parts helped me gain confidence in applying safety rules at work. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get their White Card in Australia.

I had a really disappointing experience with this business over a refund dispute. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating back-and-forth with little to no accountability.
After being clearly eligible for a refund, I was met with delays, vague responses, and what felt like deliberate stalling. Communication was poor—emails either went unanswered or came back with generic replies that didn’t address the issue.
It’s incredibly frustrating when a company is quick to take your money but drags its feet when it comes to doing the right thing. Customer service should be about resolving problems, not avoiding them.
I wouldn’t recommend this business based on my experience. If something goes wrong, don’t expect it to be handled fairly or efficiently.

Teacher was quick did not explain much just rush. Did not tell what many danger is or what meanings of signs or who different people's are in construct business. Teaching school was pub with strong beer smell bad seats made back and buttocks sore.

I had trouble signing into enrolment had to change password several times still could not log in. went to class explained situation to instructor. he told me not to worry complete course and try later. During the course I received nasty emails saying if i did not complete enrolment I would have to leave the class. Instructor said just ignore them. I replied to origin they were un helpful and very blunt and nasty replies. I completed white card course and passed. was able to access laptop and finally complete enrolment. still have not received confirmation email and pdf certificate. I will never do training course with origin again or recommend any one to. The instructor though was very good. Admin staff not good or helpful

Doing a course on a Friday afternoon would not be everyone's first choice, however Nicholas made it such a great, enjoyable time which made it effective when learning the class materials.

I would highly recommend Origin. A great experience right from the beginning. Clear communication and great facility (Clyde).

Trainers barely speak English and copy what’s on a PowerPoint then office lady Lillian asks if she can write your review that’s a scam no wonder they got good reviews . Cramped and overcrowded classrooms.

Training was clear and concise, the trainer was very friendly and helpful. Will absolutely be returning for more courses!
