I have been using OrbitRemit for more than 20 years at first due to the reasonable fee and convenience. Then they proved to be reliable, trustworthy whether the transaction is small or big amount- I sent once the maximum allowed in a day and there has been no issue. Another occasion where I put the wrong reference number- they sent me a notice to inform me of the mistake and that they have corrected it already so the issue has been already sorted out and the money was received by the appropriate recepient. Their fee remains reasonable and the same despite all the increases everywhere nowadays. And now they have even provided a more efficient and faster money transfer facility when they switched to a new Financial Institution to handle the transaction - I noticed even though I send late in the day like after banking hours -the transaction is made, processed, funds released and paid in just minutes! It is amazing! 🤩
I have no reason to stop using Orbit Remit but I have every reason to continue using them and looking forward to many more years to come 🤗
I have also done a review with Product Review more than a year ago and Orbit Remit just got even better this time

Can be frustrating sometimes specially when AI keep sending you the same questions. But at the it was smooth when you are chatting with real agent. Sending big amount of money more than once was so overwhelming hassle. They keep
Asking you the same protocol and supporting documents to send them. I think orbit remit does not store documents in their database. So sending more than 50k pesos be ready to have all
Your documents ready in your hands.

My personal opinion. If you want a hassle free transaction send only 50k maximum every transaction.

I attempted to send money to the Philippines several times, but the transactions were never completed. I had to call customer service to find out why I couldn't get through. The staff explained that the procedure had changed to prevent fraudulent transactions. He patiently assisted me in completing the transaction, and it finally went through.

My issue was resolve in a timely manner considering it was weekend. The team went out of their way to assist, no complains no delays just very transparent and straight forward resolution. Very professional
