Thousands of dollars were removed
Thousands of dollars were removed from my account without any valid explanation. No warning, no proper clarification — just a vague reference to “trading policy.”
My trading history was clean, yet my profits were simply deleted. Customer support only gives generic copy-paste responses and refuses to provide a clear justification.
Deposits are processed instantly, but when it comes to profits or withdrawals, things suddenly become “problematic.”
Very disappointing and highly unprofessional. Think twice before trusting this broker with your money.

They Took My Capital, Not Just My Profits — A Serious Warning to All Traders
I opened an account with Orbex and started trading normally, using standard strategies like any other retail trader. After a series of successful trades, I generated a solid profit — and that’s when the problems began. The company suddenly accused me of “irregular” or “inappropriate” trading without providing any clear explanation or evidence. Based on this baseless claim, they confiscated all of my profits. Even worse, they withheld my original deposit — my own personal funds — which I had legally transferred to them. There was no transparency, no fair review process, and no legitimate justification. From my experience, this is not a trustworthy broker but a company that simply refuses to pay when clients win. Traders should be extremely cautious — in my case, Orbex did not just deny profits; they took money that rightfully belonged to me.

Trust and Transparency Issue
My experience with Orbex was unfortunately very negative. I had already been experiencing some technical issues for a while; however, the main problem occurred when funds were deducted from my account without any clear or satisfactory explanation.
In the financial sector, trust and transparency are the most essential and critical principles. Encountering such a situation was truly disappointing. I have suffered a loss in this process, and I would not want anyone else to experience the same. For this reason, I definitely do not recommend it.

Hello, my experience with Orbex was literally disappointing. Commission rates are extremely high and I have not received a satisfactory, clear and transparent explanation about the deductions I have seen in my account transactions. I didn't feel safe throughout the process and I was financially damaged, they definitely didn't give me my money
I strongly recommend that anyone who is thinking of investing should check the contract details, commission rates and all deduction items over and over again. For me, this process was trust-shattering and exhausting. That's why I definitely recommend being cautious

Bad experience
Unfortunately, my experience with this broker was disappointing. I encountered high commissions and noticed deductions from my account that I did not fully understand or expect. This created a lack of trust in the platform for me.
For this reason, I cannot recommend this broker and suggest that traders do thorough research and monitor their accounts closely.

Stay away from this company.
They promise reliability, but lie. This company has become the mafia of this industry. Don't believe them, don't waste your time. I'm a victim and I can't get in touch with them in any way. It was a terrible experience. If I could give a lower rating, I would.

Hello, my experiences with Orbex were unfortunately very bad. The commissions are very high, and I saw that they deducted amounts from my account afterwards. Therefore, I do not recommend it. It is better to stay away. They can seize everything of yours for no reason, like the mafia.
