Received our sign in good condition and it is AMAZING! Beautiful sign and we have lots of folks taking their picture with it in the background. Good experience and great product.

Incredibly high quality, attention to detail, personal customer service, good pricing. I was originally hesitant as it was hard to know if they were a legitimate company but after ordering one neon, I have since ordered 10 more. They package the *super fragile and delicate* neons above and beyond securely. *Note: they do recommend you video record the unboxing in the event you had any damage from shipping, so you can provide the evidence and would need a refund.* Which I think is totally fair. I recommend working with "Marie".

First off, the sign looks amazing and I'm very pleased. There was an issue with my first sign, but their customer service made sure I was taken care of, and recieved a flawless product in the end. I would still definitely recommend them!

The sign looks good. The colors are not what I ordered. I ordered purple and white neon and the sign showed up purple and red. No big deal, but it is not what i ordered. the quality is excellent. The cargo was packed great and arrived without any issues.

Add my name to the list of satisfied customers. I asked Orant to replicate a silly drawing my brother had made thirty years ago - but, re-do it as a cool lighted wall hanging. I liked their initial proposal ... but I had a couple suggestions. The next day I received a new mock-up: exactly what I wanted. I placed my order. Two weeks to the day, it arrived at my home in California. It is lighter than I expected - it's all plastic I think, which is just fine. The finished product looks exactly like the proposal piece, and I couldn't be happier. The price quote I received was higher than others I've seen, but my piece was more complicated I think and I didn't mind one bit.
