My go to site
Outstanding service each time and everytime by Orange County.
I use CBD gummies to aid a relaxed nights sleep for myself and they certainly help me to achieve that.
I've never looked back since using them as an aid to help relax me.
My go to site for this kind of product.

Very informative website
Very informative website, which made me confident in trying their product. Arrived very quickly, although the packaging was very battered. The vape was fine though. And it works! My pain, and anxiety in particular have definitely improved. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered some gummies well before the deadline so had next day delivery that I paid for. DPD delivered them to my next door neighbor despite the fact I was in the house. So I had to disturb my neighbor because they are so incompetent. Do not use A reply that avoids accountability. Did I ask Orange County to send via DPD? No that’s their decision and if they use such a bad company that’s will reflect badly on them

Hi, Theo
We’re really sorry to hear about your delivery experience — that’s understandably frustrating. Unfortunately, once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s handled entirely by DPD, and their delivery decisions are outside of our control.
That said, please rest assured this doesn’t reflect how we operate as a company. We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and accurate fulfilment, and your order was shipped on time for next-day delivery exactly as promised.
Your feedback about DPD would be much better suited to their Trustpilot page, as this issue relates to their handling of the parcel rather than our service. Still, we completely understand how inconvenient this must have been, and we’ll be raising it with our DPD account manager to help prevent a repeat.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Overpriced garbage.
I purchased two CBD vape juices — Girl Scout Cookies and Sunset Sherbert — and was very disappointed. The Girl Scout Cookies flavour smelled and tasted burnt, like a biscuit that’s been overcooked, while the Sunset Sherbert was overly sweet and unpleasant. Neither tasted remotely like the strains they’re meant to replicate.
For the high price, I expected better quality. The only positive aspect was the fast delivery — which makes sense, given the price they charge for what turned out to be a poor-quality product.
When I contacted customer support about returning the items (as the products were not as described), they refused because the bottles were opened. However, by law, if a product isn’t as described, you’re entitled to return it, opened or not — that’s the only way to discover it’s not as advertised.
What’s even more frustrating is that the company only seems to publish positive reviews. I left an honest review on their website, but it was flagged and removed, supposedly for “harmful content.” I wasn’t abusive or offensive in any way — just honest about my experience. This practice gives a misleading impression that all customers are happy, which clearly isn’t the case.
I’ve tried emailing several times and received little to no response, which has made the situation worse. I’ve since contacted my bank about reclaiming the payment due to the product being misrepresented.
To sum up:
Product quality: Poor – unpleasant taste and not as described.
Customer service: Unresponsive and unhelpful.
Reviews: Appear filtered to show only 5-star feedback, which is misleading.
I hope this review helps others make an informed choice. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company
.......there lame response....We absolutely comply with all UK consumer laws. Opened products that have been used can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, which is standard practice across the industry.........
This is a blatant lie and I advise you check again. I can most certainly return open product if ot is not as described. How else would I know. Also I have returned open items before reputable company's have no issue. You simply bin said item and write it off as a loss ..why should I have to bin it and loose out. I certainly won't be using it...this just highlights even further your terrible service..this review will hopefully cost you alot more in the long run. Lots of people will read this and hopefully decide to spend there cash elsewhere..i will get my money back via my bank. You can return open products I've done it before and its written in law. You don't decide which part of the law applies to you ..you flagged mine and any negative feedback you get so it's removed by trust pilot...most people just give up at that point so that's why your rating is higher than you deserve ..check your ratings on Google thats where you have zero contol Where you can't flag them and have them removed. . That paint a accurate picture..and I advise anyone to check them too as trust pilot is biased and removes lots of feedback at the request of the company receiving the negative feedback.. here's an example of an excellent company. I order juice from zeus juice ..i opened it and it tasted awful. This company gladly accepted the opened return ..issued me a refund and also sent out another juice free of charge to tey again. ..check my reviews.. this is what a good company does. Orange county cbd are by far the worst tasting cbd juice I've ever tried. By far the worst customer service too.. 😒

Hi Mark,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the flavours you ordered — taste can be very subjective, and while most customers love those blends, we appreciate it’s not for everyone.
To clarify a few points:
We take great pride in the fact we are rated 4.8 "excellant" on Trustpilot which is entirely third-party and independent. If we are rated this high on a platform we have absolutely zero control over, why would we put fake five-star ratings on our website?
We absolutely comply with all UK consumer laws. Opened products that have been used can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, which is standard practice across the industry.
Our reviews are not “filtered” — genuine reviews, both positive and negative, are published unless they contain language that violates our moderation policy (for example, personal attacks or offensive content as much of your original communication has been until you edited it to comply with Trustpilot's rules).
We did reach out by phone to discuss your concerns, as you had said you wished to communicate with our CEO, but as you admit, you did not answer. We have replied to all of your email correspondence until you became abusive at which point our staff have every right to not engage.
We take all feedback seriously and will pass your comments to our quality control team.
Kind regards,
Tom
Fantastic service and product
I ordered some oil for my vape and was pleasantly surprised by the cost. I was kept in the loop regarding the delivery and even when there was a problem with the courier I was informed. The products got delivered 1 day late due to the courier but this company has done a fantastic job and the oil is very good quality. Keep up the great work and thank you
