I'm a Motability customer and Orange Badge Mobility Solutions is my dealership through which I lease a mobility scooter. I am very happy with their services so far. When I contacted Orange Badge I was in a very difficult situation having been told by a previous dealer that they could not get the scooter I'd applied for months earlier or indeed any scooter at all due to supplier issues. I'd already had a month's extension on my current scooter courtesy of Motability due to the delay, and I was told by Motability that I needed to find another dealership and make an application within 4 days for another scooter or else I would lose my existing scooter and have to leave the Motability scheme. It was a difficult and distressing situation for me to be left in. I contacted Orange Badge to see if they could help and thank goodness I did. Spencer immediately understood the situation and was very reassuring and flexible. He made the application for another scooter quickly and easily over the phone, rather than following the usual process of bringing one for me to try first, so that I didn't have to worry about losing the existing scooter or having to leave the scheme. The new scooter was brought to me within ten days of making the phone call without any pressure to accept it if it wasn't the right one. The entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring and I couldn't have asked for better. I am very grateful. Thank you.

Orange badge is a family company, that really cares for its customers. It provides customers with for all their needs, from the supply of wheel chairs to scooters, beds to day chairs, and the instal of stairlifts and bathroom adaptions, and with over 27 years experience it does offer great service and support.

The whole process, from choosing through to through to delivery, was professional and simple. Spencer helped us to chose exactly the right bed to suit us both. 2 mattresses ( we both chose the same, but there were several others) with a controller for each, set into a king-sized bedframe. A choice of heights, number and placement of underbed drawers and a huge range of headboard styles and fabrics gave us the perfect bed.
We had to wait just a few weeks for the bed to be made to our chosen specifications, but is was worth it. The delivery was arranged to suit us and Spencer and Tim worked very quickly to take our old bed out and install the new one. They were friendly and considerate of our property and left the house clean and tidy - taking away all of the packaging as well as the old bed. After a 'tour' of the new bed and a trial run of the controls, the process was complete. Brilliant service from them both.Thank you.

Found this South UK company by accident when looking for a particular product, which they had and at the right price. I have had excellent service from Orange Mobility for over a year now. They sold and have maintained a riser recliner chair, including significant repairs under their warranty. Tim and Andy were very handy!, dismantling and re-stuffing the chair and base for me. Highly recommended company.

I have used Orange Badge Mobility twice to install stair lifts in my home. I have found all members of staff from those on the phone right through to the installation staff to be extremely efficient, courteous and helpful. I had an issue with one stair lift shortly after installation which was fixed very promptly.
