Horrible service, they are the worst telecommunication company exist . Rude, impolite, unprofessional, useless

Very slow internet. They'll subscribe you on some things you didn't even accept, and again when you call customer care you'll be charged again first for call because there is no free customer care, then they'll charge you to deactivate subscription. From 1 to 10.... my review will be 0

I hope that there is a number under zero to give to them , I had a problem in internet and they didn’t do anything just spent money to call them every day , soon I will charge this company!

Bought SIM card at the Hurghada Airport on 03.07.21, and I regretted it. Guy charged me 11.5€ for 32GB, giving me the codes to dial tomorrow in order to have full functionality. When I installed Orange app and dialed those codes, it turned out this guy sold me 12GB for the price of 32GB. I contacted customer support but they were unable to help. My strongest suggestion is to think about some other carrier

Worst customer service ever!! Worst telecom really!! Globally!!
They know they are the worst but dont even care.. they lowered thier standards as much as possible as long as they still working they dont care..
Complains dont even go through!! The only thing left is to send a followup message to costumers saying Dear costumer, F... you!

I wish I could to give a ZERO star, but I couldn't. this is the worst customer services I've ever treated with, Liar, not strait, and not a good face. I called them today 23/05/2021, I asked to talk to the higher level to solve my problem, but this is management dealing to only lie to their customers, save your money in buying a home 4G because it doesn't work, look for another carrier. and you will not get your money back.

I entered and took a number to buy a sim card and then surprised that a lady entered and been welcomed by Bishoy( your rude agent) who was totally free but was acting as a manager refusing clients so the lady entered and had a seat next to your lady agent although my number was in the screen i said it's my turn as this is my number he said she's here before you and she didn't had a number (which is not my problem that they're acting like a super market without a prober standard) his way was very rude + i witnessed something with another client and he acted like a parking boy not a respected agent in a respectful company

Сплошной обман. Покупаешь 28гб, получаешь 10, оплата в аэропорту наличными, доказать что-то невозможно. Не берите категорически!

The worst home internet ever. Customer service is useless. Don't recommend to anyone.

During my first month the ADSL Wes disconnected for 48 hours ... then was so slow that I can’t use for another 5 days and during this period I called several times 16333 and a very rude technician came to check & didn’t fix it & told me to call 16333 back to solve it ... I went to Roushdy claiming they don’t deal with ADSL issues ... went to Smouha they told me that Roushdy can do that they r not doing their job !!! They configure it & still I had power & WLAN lamps only on ... so I packed router since then 19/8/20 and been struggling for disconnecting the ADSL since then From Smouha ,Sanestefano and Roushdy branches ... they tell me they send letter for cancellation & they don’t ... they tell me system is down ... they don’t want to disconnect without collecting cancellation fees and making me pay for router ... although I am disconnecting for their NO service for 7 days !!!
Called 155 they have no authority to force them to disconnect for having no service for 7 days !!!

Worst isp provider ever, if ur line goes down for any reason u have to wait like 2 years at least to get it back, always lying about the dates and if u speak with them and recall after 2 minutes they have no idea about what the other colleague just said, if there is is something less than one star i would choose it, absloute trash.

not bad in a comparison with other Egyptian companies.

I had the worst experience dealing with a company. I am in a 3-week visit to Egypt. Went to a branch in Gezeret Badran,shoubra and paid LE 215 for a line and data that includes 2000 min and internet. Was told it we’ll be active in one hour. 3 hour later,went back to the store and was told to give it few minutes. 20 hours later, second day, still without a line. I Went back to the branch and was told it was the company problem.
After two hours of frustrating discussion with the employe, he offered me a replacement line that would work right away. I took the new line and left. It worked for a minute and found out that has no balance to make any call. I used the hotel phone to call the person in the store who told me I had no balance because the money I paid was for the line that did not work and they took. In short. They stole the 215 pound and gave me frustration and wasted 2 days of my trip

Credit evaporates, and customer service only from 9-5 on weekdays! No support, no credit, no nothing but deep regret..

Самый ужасный оператор связи! Купил карту в аэропорту шарма, 9уе. за 16 гб, по факт там было 4гб. Шикарно просто, официальный ларек orange и такой обман. Второе, это то что вы не можете кинуть денег на телефон с кредитки, должна быть исключительно Египетская кредитка. Это просто 5+, уроды...

It doesn't even worth 1 star if i have add -5 i would rate the worst of the worst . The worst service and customer service ever. Unfortunately they don't even care about reviews all they care about is collecting money. I am trying to find another provider and i'll move immediately.

We bought a 26gb data card from hurghada airport at a orange kiosk just after arrivals, its the first time i had bought one so didnt really know what they was doing but they activated the card then put it into my mobile wifi dongle. It worked brilliant and we was happy with the signal until 6 days into our 2 week holiday it stopped working. I went onto orange egypt website and started a chat session with one of there operators, it turns out the 26gb card i had bought was in fact a 16gb card and orange cannot refund for whatever reason which wasnt clear. Dont buy from the orange kiosk at hurghada airport.
