This company comes off professional, but are part of a network of scammers who pose as traders. I purchased a $598 yearly contract for software. I paid $500 to have Brandon or his colleague to manage my Pockwt Ootions account. I also had $555 already in my account. They did reckless trading by using 5s scalps at $100 each and drained my account down in literally less tgan 10 minutes. Their so called software doesn't run everyday and is more like 50/50when coming to wins and was only available to me 2 different times within a month. They are saying they will give back my money. It has already three weeks. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Hey everyone, before you fall for these fake videos, you need to go to YouTube and google Options AI Is Scam. There is a lady who did some investigative work into the behind the scenes of this scam. Take a look for yourself and you will see that all of Brandon’s videos are fake. Don’t do what I did and waste your money. This guy should be thrown in jail for what he is doing. Stay far away! I know it looks really good from the surface, but once you watch the aforementioned video, you will see for yourself. You can also check Pocket Options list of top traders-you’ll never see Brandon or Options Algo on it, because they are complete frauds. These clowns couldn’t trade their way out of a paper bag. It’s all smoke and mirrors, designed to scam anyone gullible enough to believe their nonsense.

I have been trying to support from them for days now and nothing. I was misinformed on how the system could be used. At this time I have put in an email and tried to contact them through their telegram support channel, so far nothing. I even included screen shots of my initial interaction with the support channel. As of today, I have requested a full refund as I cannot get any support and was mislead on how and when the system could be used

I purchased this bot subscription Christmas Day. I would like to have a refund. I paid for a yearly subscription, have not had any consistent success with the algo bot, Its basically hit or miss with it. I have had better results trading with my analysis and indicators. I am unable to reach anyone from their support. He basically doesn't answer telegram messages. If this is not a scam, why am I unable to chat with anyone from support. I feel ripped off.
