After 22 days of shingles, the Vitamin B12 injection at Optimized Body and Mind was exactly what I needed. B12 is so important for shingles because it targets and soothes nerve pain directly. My pain vanished almost immediately and I feel so much more energetic. It was a fantastic experience.

I recently completed the Botox course with Waqas Siddiqui, and I can honestly say it was an excellent experience. Lucas is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what he does. The course was very well structured, combining clear theoretical explanations with hands-on practical guidance.

He took the time to answer all questions, explained techniques in detail, and made sure everyone felt confident and supported throughout the training. The atmosphere was friendly and motivating, which made learning even more enjoyable.

I have having for treatment for more then a year now the clinic is clean and welcoming. The staff go over and beyond to lookafter you. I have recently had treatment with Waquas who carried out my hydrofacial and it was 5 star. He took care of my skin problems and had addressed them, through treatment and after care advice. I would strongly recommend this clinic and say if you really want a beautiful looking skin ask to get your treatment from Waquas.

I have been using this place for a few years now.
I regularly have a b12 and vitamin d injections, I’ve also had a food allergy test which really helped as I was eating all of the wrong foods and it was reacting badly with me. Waqas is very polite and good at his job, he has a way of the needle not hurting also which is good!

Booked me in the same day of calling up excellent service from Shaz and her team, really lovely people and really listen through your problems and your results come really fast and they provide a appointment to see the doctor in case there is any issues. Top work and top company would highly recommend them
