Reported a glitch that lead to a bad slip being mean. It was handled with speed and professionalism. Have not had any problems with customer support. That have a great and active discord as well.
The app has some problems but they are actively updating and working on it.

This is a great Sports betting app. I play this almost everyday. Few problems like lags(freezing) and some player props are unpickable for the game. Overall though, Onyxodds is the best sports betting app to me today. Where I live

They have mini games that are rigged .. it's ridiculous obvious. Played Blackjack and in 400 hands the dealer started with the advantage ie dealer showing 10 and player has 13.. 341 times. Raise your bet and it increases loss percentage. Notice patterns that are signs it's rigged. Collected data from a couple buddies as well. Almost the exact same statistics. It's unfortunate because the sportsbook is decent. They don't have a loyalty program and the boosts are small and typically 1 .. 15% boost. Once I was able to verify through the numbers they're operating rigged blackjack.. it made the whole product junk.
I had unintentionally hit on a 20. Asked for at least that back and nope.

I really enjoy using this platform, one of my issues is when the odds change they need to reflect in real time not when you try to place the wager. Other than that, I enjoy using there platform.

Tried to collect from two wins($24.30), couldn't withdraw & they closed my account.
They wouldn't even return my 10 bucks. I had almost $50 in Onyx money. All I did is try to redeem to get some gas money. There's many other apps, I would use besides this one.

Have been using Onyx for about a week now. Its a great app with very great customer support. I had one small issue, so I reached out to their support team and they responded within minutes and resolved the issue! Also very kind which goes a long way.

I have been enjoying Onyxodds. Even when they make a mistake they are very responsive via email and that is a true sign of customer service and I respect that. The setup is easy to navigate and they upgrade fast to continue growing as a sports betting app.

I have used just about every sports platform you can and I must say Onyxodds has definitely been my favorite. Unlike a lot of platforms that will take away your cash out when your parlay starts to win these guys don’t.
