It has been a breath of fresh air with this streaming service. Crystal clear and no buffering since beginning our trial period a few days ago. I must admit, I was skeptical because of previous services, but the is the real deal!!!!!

Terrible service, endless troubleshooting, and absolutely no resolution

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with OnTheGo.cc. I paid for a streaming service that I can barely use, and their customer support has been nothing short of exhausting.

Since the beginning, I’ve experienced constant playback issues. Some movies and shows won’t load at all, others freeze, lose audio, or stop working after a few minutes. The problems are completely unpredictable, and the service has become practically unusable.

I’ve spent countless hours troubleshooting this issue, both independently and with their support team. I’ve tried different internet connections, reinstalled the app, tested alternative players, and followed every instruction they provided. Their support repeatedly insisted that I needed Surfshark VPN, so I went ahead and tried it. Guess what? It didn’t fix anything.

I’ve repeatedly asked them to investigate my specific account or provide a replacement login or streaming link.

Instead, I keep getting the same generic troubleshooting instructions that I’ve already tried over and over again.

During two of my conversations with support, I was told my case would be escalated to the appropriate team and that someone would contact me. Nobody ever followed up.

I’ve repeatedly explained that the issue may be specific to my account, but my concerns have not been adequately addressed. I’ve also been refused a refund, despite being unable to reliably use the service I paid for.

At this point, I’m completely fed up. I shouldn’t have to spend hours troubleshooting a subscription I paid for, especially when other customers I personally know are using the exact same service without any problems.

I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want the service I paid for to work, or to receive a refund.

The most disappointing part isn’t even the technical problems. It’s the lack of accountability, the repetitive support responses, and the failure to follow through on promised assistance.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend OnTheGo.cc. I strongly encourage anyone considering this service to think carefully about what happens if something goes wrong, because my experience getting meaningful assistance has been incredibly frustrating.

Really great experience—-this is my 4th service and it’s really different from the others—-it uses the PlayBerry app—any channel you desire is available with VOD and movies Plus a dedicated sports portion that displays all sports played during the day with links to watch them. Every channel loads within a second and the video quality is top shelf—totally detailed and clear. In my 3 weeks of being a subscriber I have had a buffering issue 2 times—one today with the MLB channel where it would not load or play—-after a 5 minute chat with a pleasant Gabriel in tech support the tech team is working to repair the channel—I also use the app on my iPhone and iPad with the same results—-clear amazing video—-also when you load your preferred channels into the app the first time any repeated install on another device is simpler. Just sign in and the app will load with all your info saved. Negative”s so far—-no Picture in Picture-no split window to watch 2 channels—no recording possibility unless you install on Tivimate—that’s it from a really happy subscriber—-one last plus—-they offer a 10 day trial without asking for your credit card—-it will sell its self after you do the trial—-highly recommend—-

OnTheGo is by far the BEST streaming service out there. I have used many streaming services in the past, but nothing comes close to OnTheGo. It’s the Best IPTV money can buy. It has every movie and TV series you can think of and Best Sports TV in the streaming world. Customer service is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would recommend OnTheGo to anyone whose loves watching TV.

My first time user with onthego was really good. No problems at all. Reaching out to customer service fast, friendly and super professional and patient.

It has the potential to be great, but unfortunately I think I’ve spent more time troubleshooting with their support than watching TV.
The programming freezes far to often. Many times making it completely unwatchable. Once I had sound but no video. On another movie, couldn’t get rid of the subtitles. Sometimes it freezes and never recovers. In a nutshell, it just doesn’t work.
They push for you to subscribe within 2 hours of service for a discount. I think they do this because you cannot get a refund once you find out the service just doesn’t work that good. It’s too bad, without all the problems, it wouldn’t be bad.
