I followed the instructions and booked - simple. However, you were not my intended Agent! You topped the google search, as a sponsored link, thinking you were a certain Irish Travel Agent - I got a fright when I realised after confirming my booking. Fingers crossed you stand up to your good reviews.

This is the second time we have booked…

This is the second time we have booked a holiday & on each time there was an error with our flights & had to contact your helpline to get error resolved. This time we had included & paid for seats on flight but were not included & are now waiting on a refund

We understand how frustrating this must be, especially as you had specifically selected and paid for seats which were not reflected in your booking. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.


Having reviewed your comments, we can confirm that your case has been raised regarding the missing seat allocation and the associated refund. Once an airline confirms that paid seats were not provided as booked, a refund is processed back to the original payment method.


Please note that seat selections are managed in conjunction with the airline, and while we facilitate the booking, there can occasionally be discrepancies in how these are applied. That said, this should have been resolved prior to travel, and we apologise that you had to contact us to correct this.


We can confirm that your refund is currently being processed. Refund timeframes can vary depending on the airline and payment provider, but we appreciate that you are now waiting longer than expected. Your case will be followed up as a priority with our relevant team to ensure this is completed as soon as possible.


We also take your feedback seriously regarding repeated issues across bookings, and this will be shared internally for review.

Not able to contact tried the phone…

Not able to contact tried the phone numbers which are supposed to be for in the beach . Later I received a phone call saying they were in the beach and to alter my holiday date I had to pay £90 which I tried to do and it kept declining by my bank then tried to use my my mum’s card which also got declined. After contacting the banking appears these are scams!! If only you could just call on the beach without having to through a bot who can’t answer or do what a needed. Never again would I go through this company.

We want to be absolutely clear that we would never request additional payments in this manner, particularly via unsolicited phone calls. The fact that the payments were declined by your bank suggests they may have identified this as suspicious activity, which was the correct action.


We take matters like this extremely seriously. Unfortunately, scammers can sometimes impersonate well-known travel companies, and we strongly advise customers to only use the official contact channels listed on our website. We would never ask for payment details outside of our secure systems.


We completely understand your frustration regarding the difficulty in reaching us. While we aim to provide efficient support through our digital channels, we recognise that in situations like this, speaking directly to someone would have been more reassuring. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared internally.


In the meantime, we recommend the following steps:





Do not engage further with the number that contacted you



Report the incident to your bank (which you have already done—thank you)

My daughter booked a holiday and put in…

My daughter booked a holiday and put in the wrong dates by error. They have taken the money. We have tried to ring over and over each time met with ‘sunny’ the bot. Kept asking to speak with a human. Kept getting the same reply he can do it faster, however my query wasn’t in the tick boxes . So still after hours of trying to contact them I’m still in the same position as I was hours ago. This is very frustrating

Hotels clean with bedding and towels…

Hotels clean with bedding and towels changed daily. Pool and food was lovely. Only downfall is the hotel is right next to some night clubs which are very noisy at night

The hotel was amazing great location…

The hotel was amazing great location about a 10 minute walkto the main square and Medina. The pool was also great as it was 34degrees. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. There is plenty to do and experience in marrakesh.

Why can you not give contact details…

Why can you not give contact details i.e. an official phone number/ email address for your company to help with this issue?
My friend is extremely distressed with On the beach. She has waited in line for hours to speak to a rep on the phone to no avail. She has to cancel the holiday for personal reasons. And she is within the time frame to do so. She feels that she spoke to a scammer yesterday, 16th April, when she was asked to download an app called worldremit money transfer. The person asked her highly personal details, including her current employment situation. She had to hang up on him. I'm representing her as she has tried every avenue, has hit a brick wall and is highly anxious now and distrustful of the On the Beach company. If this has happened to anyone else, can you chat with us.
The holiday booking reference is MYB14912359B. This has gone on for weeks, and needs to be sorted now.

Booked another trip with on the beach

Booked another trip with on the beach. easy enough done. Flights grand, hotel grand and most of the staff at the hotel were grand apart from when leaving, we booked a taxi the night before for 5 people and only a 4 seater came. Receptionist didn't want to know and kept saying it was only booked for two - a bit crabbit. Anyway I sorted it. Nice hotel though.....

Low stress booking experience
