We were recommended to use OnSim by a family member who uses them for their business. We have one SIM to give us a local landline number and another to port our previous landline number. Such a fantastic idea that really works, great for businesses wanting to give a 'local' impression but without costly landline contracts - they are saving us ££s every month!
So far the customer service from OnSim has been amazing - they are so quick to respond to my queries.
Very happy with this company and would definitely recommend.

Great onboarding service being able to have a landline linked to a mobile handset is a fantastic idea.

First heard of onsim via a YouTube channel, thinking it can't be as good as the channel was reporting it to be... but I was so wrong!
It's perf3ct for us as we do tend to move offices a fair bit, because we're still growing and regularly outgrow a regular office space, so need to move.
Plus with this, there's no re a l commitment, so if we do move to a much larger serviced office and stay longer then the rest, we can easily transfer the number to a voip system and use regular handsets.
Win win for all involved.

I Have 4 multi-net sims with onsim and have been using their service for roughly one and a half years.
Initially I used Onsim as a secondary sim/line for the purpose of having a landline number tied in with our mobiles, so 18 months later I an using Onsim as my only service.
The multi-net sim is capable of switching to give you the best signal, I now have a full signal at home which I didn't have before.
Even added an additional line for the smart watch which works better than ever.
Customer service and support is out of this world, since moving to them as my only service provider I thought I was being quite demanding in terms of getting the configuration that I needed, in reality all I felt was appreciated. Special Mention to Chris D. Who has seemed like my own personal supoort assistant these last two weeks!
Good customer service & the right support is what counts the most for me, with a 30 day rolling contract you can go wrong with Onsim.

I have been using ONSIM since 2022 and I cannot rate them enough. Chris is especially great, knowledgeable, personable and patient. He has guided me through more than one of my IT drama's. I would recommend to all. Great service!

I’ve been using Deskphone for the past year as their pioneering products fitted my needs. In this age of losing landline access because fibre optic connection are the way forward, most people don’t know that porting/transferring their landline number to their ISP ( internet service provider ) voice over internet protocol ( VoIP ) offerings can be a right palaver especially if the isp doesn’t allow transferring out. Deskphone comes to the rescue with an internet connection agnostic solution where you are free to swap your internet connection without the fear of losing one’s landline number. Best of all you get a sim or you can use a ‘forward to mobile number’ service which was exactly what I needed after one year on the sim solution. I was painlessly downgraded and everything was explained to me by Chris. Great company, great support.

Do Not Use this Company.
Keep all records of attempts to communicate with them.
I’d give them 0 stars if I could. They do not comply with the Governments Covid and Post Covid guidelines for telecommunications businesses.
They have no respect for the equality Act 2010. They seem to claim they are exempt from the rules even when trading in the UK.
I was a loyal customer for FIVE years.
I caught Covid was hospitalised and they suspended my account. I contacted them, told them how ill I was and asked for help to reinstate account. I lost my hearing due to Covid complications and needed them to communicate by text phone - which they said they’re not set up to do and seem to think they are exempt from the Equality Act.
They cut off the service, despite me trying repeatedly to reinstate it. This cost my small business thousands. Then they started to chase me for termination of the contract.
They then terminated access to the historic invoices and claimed the account doesn’t exist.
They don’t respond to correspondence sent in the mail, but expect you to.
They are not registered with the FCA under the consumer credit Act as a credit provider but are trying to chase me under this Act. They have not followed any of the procedures required under the CCA.
Now they’ve sent debt collectors letters. I’ll be initiating proceedings against them for
1. Discrimination under the EA 2010,
2. Falsely claiming to have a consumer credit licence
3. Falsely trying to implement rights under the CCA
4. Refusing to implement procedures available under the CCA and the Companies Act
5. Falsely representing themselves as a UK credit provider,
6. Multiple GDPR failures.
