Super impressed!

I just got this product and I am super impressed! Got a lifetime plan but had some hesitation about whether it would do what I needed it to do. Has exceeded my expectations. But for me, the biggest factor has been customer service. I'm an older gal and I had a little trouble with something. The Captain walked me through it from start to finish with great patience. I'm very happy with Onlysocial and it is definitely worth a try!

Post scheduling is broken, non existant suport

Post scheduling is broken for TikTok.
It will scramble the first few seconds, or it will cut my video to 19s and upload it like that, even tho they are longer than 1m, out of 7 videos, 4 were uploaded broken, and it's not a problem with my videos, because manual upload straight from tiktok works normal. Support completely ignores my messages. They were very agile and replying in minutes before I bought the lifetime plan, but now they are not responding to any of my messages and haven't helped me resolve my issue after several weeks. Do not buy, especially a lifetime plan. I wasted money, and they still didn't reply to my message about a refund after a week. Very bad platform and support, very scamy behaviour.

Looking at your profile, we can see that your posts have consistently gone through - both scheduled and repeated ones.

The only exceptions are your posts to Google Business, which failed. This is because most of your captions include phone numbers, which is against Google’s terms of service.

Instead, we recommend using the Call-to-Action (CTA) button feature on our platform to add a "Call" button, rather than placing the phone number directly in the caption.

I'm very unhappy with Only Social

I brought Only social about a month ago in February and my YouTube analytics still says underdevelopment, Instagram is unavailable, Threads is till on 0, no unified inbox, nothing. I contacted support and they said it would be up and running the beginning of march.I waited a whole month and still nothing. I reached out via chat and was told it would be another month. So i stand by my reciew. I already paid for the lifetime membership, what a waste.

Our YouTube analytics isn't available yet, also we do not have unified inbox yet. These features are in development, and are expected soon.

Our platform is sold as it is with current available features, even though you'll have access to future updates, we do not advertise based on what we do not have at the moment.

You were told Unified inbox will be available soon, ETA is March, and you're already leaving us a negative review about it on the 3rd of March.

We always advise that if our current features don't meet your need, please do not purchase. This is why there's a 7-day free trial, and another 14 days to request a refund if you're not satisfied with what we currently have.

Since you signed up a month ago, we've released series of important updates including;

- Custom Video Thumbnails for 6 Platforms
- Support for Pinterest Videos
- Support for TikTok Image Carousel
- We released LinkedIn PDF Document Carousel just yesterday.

With all of these updates, it's obvious that we're actively improving our product.

It's unfair to say we have "NOTHING" after a month of joining us simply because we haven't released a feature you looked forward to.

Two Stars less because of the absolut…

Two Stars less because of the absolut non existing Support. I asked beginning of December why my IG Performance is not shown. Everything is on Zero. Some Captain answered me that he gave this case to the Technique Team. Since then... Radio Silence. Even when i ask 3 times. No respond on my inquiry.
I don`t want talk about now about missing, in my opinion, important features like Set Up thumbnail for Videos. It is definitley a affordable Solution to Metricool etc. But some of the missing features makes Onlysocial kinda useless for me. And the chatbot is to complicated to setup. Finally i got it. But it did not work.

Update 07.04.2025. Still not solved. Can not see any update about my progress on IG. Tiktok is also not up to date. and so on. Instead of "WOW we have a new featrue for YOU" They should concentrate on the Not working features they would be essential.

I bought the service a while ago, but I'm just not starting to use it. Although it's a not a complicated tool, I do have questions someties. The customer support is good. They usually answer questions faster than the anticipated time frame, and they're always clear and to the point. This was a good purchase.

Not as good as other platforms, but if your budget is tight, it'll do

I give them the 4 stars for supporting the most popular platforms (and today I see they FINALLY added Threads)

That said they are missing features that I have seen in Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Agorapulse, Sendible, Zoho Social, SocialPilot, Statusbrew, Loomly, CoSchedule, Eclincher, and MeetEdgar.

The analytics are a JOKE! That is to say they do not exist! Which probably explains why they lack the ability to provide scheduling insights such as when is the best time to post per platform.

Like I said, this will do in a pinch but don't expect all the features you will find in other more fully functional platforms.

Onlysocial is a great social media…

Onlysocial is a great social media scheduler for multiple platforms. The lifetime license is excellent value for money for the occasional poster such as myself. Threads integration came just in time for my Christmas post, so thanks, onlysocial!

good product, nice team.

I had issues setting up my comment auto reply using chatgpt, and the support went through the stress of guiding me through every step.

We discovered it was an issue with my openai key, he was willing to set it up using their keys until I was able to add my card details to open ai.

Exceptional service... with lots of features. I think they are not been advertised enough.

The platform works perfectly fine

The platform works perfectly fine. My team moved from Hootsuite and Onlysocial has been an affordable replacement that does just the same. And they keep improving the platform with constant updates. I'll recommend.

Zero customer support

Zero customer support. It is written that customer service gets back in 3 hours, but they dont. You need to write multiple times and multiple days. I bought 2 different plans and I regret it. They never help on time

I started using Onlysocial a few months…

I started using Onlysocial a few months ago. I own a social media marketing business and was tired of always having to manually upload my posts.

I have tried EVERYTHING - HootSuite, Metricool, Later, etc. none of them worked, they had glitches and most importantly were too expensive. With my 15 accounts, I'd probably pay $250 PER MONTH.

With Onlysocial, everything works smoothly. I can upload to IG & FB and even LinkedIN and TikTok!

Best of all, their chat support is fantastic and they get back to me within the hour. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.
