I had a few changes to my order and Lottie was more than accommodating. The whole process is extremely seamless and easy. My piece arrived early, giving me plenty of time to try on and plan my accessories. I felt like a million dollars wearing my outfit and got so many compliments. What a great way to wear something special that I otherwise would not be able to afford buying full price!

I have never hired a dress before and to be honest was a little uncomfortable about the process (scared of hidden costs, the item not being of high standard, not fitting etc)! But wow was I wrong!! Probably the best service I have received in a very long time!! From my initial enquiry to sending the dress back the whole process was faultless and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. 5 star service from beginning to end.
The dress I received unfortunately was too big but within 48 hours I had received a replacement which fit like it had been made to measure! Honestly can not recommend only once dress hire enough and will most certainly be using them again for future events!!!

I would without a doubt recommend only once dress hire. I received my rented dress a day earlier than expected and the whole process is so so easy! First time hiring a dress for a wedding and it was an amazing experience. I ordered two dresses for options however before sending one Lottie noticed it wasn’t in good condition so sent me out one even more beautiful and kept me updated on the situation throughout. Lottie is so attentive and there to help with any concerns. Everyone loved my dress and it was great getting to wear something I wouldn’t have been able to afford brand new.
