Totally zero ethics for Vivian the outlet manger to suggest to a walk-in customer when he merely asked for my next appointment, yet was told he can buy a package as a apology to me.

Vivian can simply say no. Then end of conversation. Who are you to decide and meddle in my affairs and even suggest ideas all because of your money minded business strategy. I called on the day of the friend’s purchase and demanded a refund as I know my consumer rights in CASE. Had a call log record of 8 minutes conversation with Vivian herself to request nicely to cancel the package. She said no, but I jolly well know the transaction can be voided. They just lost a long term customer, me, for about 4-5yrs of being with them. Zero ethics and the facials are unlike last time with basic extraction. Now I even have to make special request for therapists to add this in when it is the basic bare minimum of facials. Zero star if there is this option for review!

I would give 0 rating as 1 is too big.
They cheat people with words and lies.
I told to the assistant that I am not looking for hair colouring. I had read about their technology which work on the scalp to reduce grey hair and slow it.
What they did was colouring my hair with very dark black.
I have to cut my hairs as it was extremely looking coloured.
So if I want to colour my hair I can easily do it in the saloons same as too many people.
I paid 1000$ and wasted 3 hours for their scam job and cheating job.
Please do not waste your time and money in this company.

The black hair matters shampoo doesn’t work. I have used it for months and I don’t see a difference in my hair. I am open to you telling me if I did it wrong? Or is this just false advertising?

What a waste of my time! Booked an appointment in advance.

Problem 1:
Got 2 different person contacting me, and they both never coordinate with each other.
Eventually my fixed appointment was changed to another date.
Ok fine.

Problem 2:
Their message in whatsapp include:
“We seek your kind understanding to arrive on time for your appointment as our bookings run back-to-back.”
“In the event that you are more than 10mins late, we regret to inform you that the appointment will be rescheduled.”
Ok fine, fair enough.
I went there on time: 1030am.
Up to 1045 never call me. I asked the recep, she said the doctor or whoever supposed to see me, not here yet!
What the heck, then you give me 1030 appointment for what?
You tell ppl don’t be late, but you guys cannot respect other people time!
After me making noise, some normal staff pretend to do consultation and ask me to sit somewhere and describe.
What the heck. You gave me appointment to meet with the proper specialist or just some staff, so that she can relay the message over?

This is so disappointing and irresponsible.
No respect for other people’s time or confidentiality, despite telling people to come on time, can’t even follow their own advice!

Further, when I decide to walk away, the staff didn’t even bother to convince me, she just walked off as if I’m good riddance.

For anyone making appointment with them, take note of all these nonsense.

I have been a customer since around 2013 and I must say I did meet some really hard sellers which made me feel so pressured when coming for treatment. Eventually I stick to Irene at Raffles place branch because I feel more comfortable with her doing my treatments. Sometimes will shift around branches but I think it doesn't matter.

Recently I wrongly went to the branch at Wheelock instead of Raffles place and was served by Fiona Yee. I must commend for her professionalism and attentiveness with doing my underarms and legs, making me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. I hope the management reward those who are really sincere and working hard to serve the customers well.

Please don't believe their Facebook or Instagram reviews! I thought that true and visited their salon in the Orchard branch and the untruthful consultant spoke in Mandarin shown me all the review and told me their treatments are effective. I've mistrusted and signed up for the package and she keeps assuring me that surely have result and insisted sign 36 months instalment, it translate to more than $4,000. After 2 months later, I sounded to her still can't see any improvement and would like to seek for a refund. She has became furious and told me once the package was signed then there won't be any refund. I was blocked eventhough I wish to escalate it to the management.

A manipulative consultant can severely damage the reputation and trust of the business. They have prioritized their personal or business gain over the well-being of clients, pushing unnecessary treatments or products! More importantly, they don't acknowledge their treatment has no result and won't offer any refund!

I read through quite a few unpleasant reviews here, thought I'd share my experience for objectivity.

In April 2023, after visiting several places to continue my hair removal maintenance, finally settled upon Only Aesthetics HV branch, where I signed a package for boyzilian.

Back then, the manager there (Elicia) threw in an underarms IPL (12x sessions) into this package FOC after hearing that I was interested in it, this was a pleasant surprise. Note: What I got might not be what you get depending on their promotions at time of enquiry - so your mileage might vary.

So I started my treatments at HV branch ever since. What was consistent was: they took action upon any feedback I wrote after every session. And I do take effort to feedback.

The current manager Genevieve (5 stars for her) personally gets in touch with me, anything from re-arranging dates/ times due to my everchanging schedule (not to encourage it though!), to asking how each session went, what could be done better. Even until yesterday, already 8 months into my package.

Whenever I enquired about some other treatments, she will be transparent to explain to me on what could be realistically expected. So that if it matches my expectations, then do a trial to consider further.

So it's definitely not a case of "sell you a package and let everything drop after you pay" type of thing I experienced.

In my point of view, going to a place where the staffs genuinely care for your wellbeing is definitely a priority.

To be honest, I wouldn't even give any rating for this review but I had to, in order for this post to be published as required by google review.

I was looking for a way to reduce the inches on my thighs and buttock in a quicker and effective way. I had previously signed up body treatments at Marie France and London Weight Management years ago but both did not help with slimming so when I recently read about how ONLIPO can help me reach my goal, I was very excited and immediately contacted Only Aesthetics at Park Mall for a consultation session. During the session that took place less than 2 months ago, I shared with Jia Jia what I was looking to achieve, especially to be able to fit into the clothings that currently didn't look nice because the size of my thighs and buttock. I had also told her about my bad experiences at Marie France and London Weight Management. She was very assuring and told me that the ONLIPO treatment has helped alot of her clients to reduce inches and, I'd be able to see results immediately after the first session and even better results after one month. She then suggested that I signed up for 6 treatments - 3 for thighs and 3 for buttock in which I agreed and also commented that I do not wish to be in a position that after completing the 6 sessions, I'd be asked to sign up more because I need more sessions to see the results and this is not something that I'd be expecting and I do not have budget to spend more.

After the 1st & 2nd treatment, I feedback to her that I didn't feel any difference when I put on the pair of jeans that I usually wear, and my thighs were still looking the same as before. She reassured me that the fats will continue to burn after each session and I'd see good results gradually, and obvious ones a month after the first treatment. She then suggested using all 6 treatments on the thighs. This simply implied to me that her words were contradicting because I thought the 3 sessions for thighs would be sufficient to see my targeted results but apparently, she said we needed more. I trusted her and thought I should be more patient to continue with the treatments. After 4 sessions now, I still don't see any results so I don't think I should continue wasting my time on something that I am no longer confident in.

When I last spoke to Jia Jia about stopping the treatments, and I felt being conned to have paid for $5+K that didn't give me the results I had wanted. She said the results would not be significant and not likely to meet the results that I was hoping for. To be honest, I didn't have the knowledge or experience using this type of treatment in the past so I wouldn't know what it can do. All I know is I had shared my expectations right from the start, before I signed up for the package and I was so confident at that point because I believe if one treatment can cost around $800, it would surely give the results I have expected, although not a signficant one but at least I would have felt some changes. Otherwise, I wouldn't have made such a big investment on it - $800 per session is alot of money to me and of course, every session should be able to bring good value to me. This investment is not something easy for me, given that I am a single parent with two children.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to take up their ONLIPO fat reduction treatments and please use your judgement wisely when they show you the "before" and "after" photos. No measurements taken as they are not a believer of taking measurements to find out if inches have indeed been lost.

Avoid at all cost. Went for OnLift and was tended to by a really sloppy therapist who didn’t even bother to give my face a cleansing but instead slapped on the gel to get the treatment going. She finished in a record time of 20mins unlike my other sessions where it would last around 50mins. Excess gel ran down my neck and even the back of my ears. I was whisked to a small room right after I was done, for the hard sell to commence by another staff. I really held my cool as there were customers outside. The quotes were so laughable. Insanely expensive. The staff kept trying to say that she will get a special rate with her staff birthday privileged discount. The quote started from $1388 (per session). When asked why the price was more that double what I paid initially, she casually brushed it off to say it’s her management call. Then came the special price reductions.. $1288, $988, $788.. all in a matter of 5 minutes. She related how a client bought 25 sessions last week. Oh sure, whatever you say. I simply wanted to get out of the place. It’s really shameful to have employees behave the way they do. In fact they should be reprimanded tho.. I really don't think their management cares.

DO NOT. .i say DO NOT patronize Only Aesthetics or O Medical clinic!!
I was supposed to go for their acnexel treatment.
I thought for costing so much ( $388)that it would be done by a doctor or at least a wonderful facial spa experience with a good equipment.

Firstly, they made me wait for 20 min.
Secondly, i realised it would be done by a therapist and not a doctor!!
Thirdly, they made me wait while on numbing cream, for 1 hour( usual waiting time for numbing cream is 15 to 30 min)
Fourthly, the male therapist came in stating that it's only 30 ahots( which i wasade known) in their website that it's only for my cheeks. I didnt read the part o 30 shots only.
Mind you that 30 shots felt like 15 shots and it was done within less than 5 min!!
He wwnt through only 1 round.
There were only few spots done on my cheeks.

I have tried many treatments for my scarring, microneedling, subcision, laser.
The doctors or even therpists would go for at least 2 rounds and would be very attentive and spend at least 20 min on your treatment.

For this kind of price range you would get a doctor's treatment or a nice and effective facial spa.

I am really very angry and unhappy and it's obvious that their main aim is to just make money and mpt caring for the customers.

Don't go to this place!!

I had a totally horrific experience here and would definitely not recommend Onlyaesthetics to others.

Originally I was served by Jovin for the first session where I signed up for a one-year brazilian IPL package as advertised on their Instagram. (The ad also claimed 100% 1-yr unlimited, no hardselling and no gimmicks - obviously the hardselling part is NOT true) Jovin was nice and not pushy, although she showed me the other services they had for hair removal. After I told her I was not interested in the rest and only wanted the IPL promotion, she was still nice and friendly about it.

Subsequently, for the second and third session, I was served by Serene (short, blonde dyed-hair lady) who told me Jovin had transferred to the Holland V branch. Then, my nightmare began. For both sessions, she started off by saying she would let me try the laser removal although I said it's not necessary and I will stick to my IPL. However, she insisted by saying she wanted to let me try how good it is. The moment she started the treatment, she began her hard selling. Some of the points she brought out was, IPL is like using Nokia handphone, and now we are already in the IPhone 13 era, so I should also upgrade to a better technology i.e. the laser hair removal. She went on and on about how backward the IPL technology was, and even asked me several times "do you understand what I'm saying?" treating me like I'm a 5-year old child. [yes, obviously I know you're trying to make me sign an exorbitant package]

When I told her I would consider, she tried to sell me another whitening package, saying that my bikini area is dark and patchy, and their whitening treatment would help. When I declined, she suggested doing a Hollywood hair removal instead, and the list went on. She even talked about other clients which I felt was inappropriate and displayed unprofessionalism. She also calculated for me that I would need to pay $260 plus per month for another 12 months by credit card installment (that equates to more than $3000) if I were to sign up the package. Although my replies were short and curt and it was obvious that I wasn't interested in any of the packages that she was trying to sell me (I did not ask any further questions about anything she was offering me), she continued to hound me non-stop.

Furthermore, she also asked me to write a good review for her ON THE SPOT so she could take a picture of it from my phone, in case I leave the branch and do not write the review for her. She even told me to write "nice and friendly" for her, which obviously she wasn't. She was a pain in the neck with her relentless, non-stop hardselling. On that note, it seemed like some of the reviews here may not be genuine, considering how their beauticians would ask customers to write favourable reviews for them. In any case, Serene was absolutely horrible and I wouldn't wish my experience upon my worst enemy.

All throughout the entire session, it felt like a nightmare which I desperately wanted to wake up from, with her incessant nudging and badgering for me to sign up a package with her. Obviously I did not succumb to it, but it does not mean that I should put up to this type of service when I all I wanted was to relax and have my IPL session to reduce hair growth. During this kind of treatment, customers are at a vulnerable position (imagine being wrapped in a towel and in a position where the beautician is looking at your private parts, asking you to sign up for a package), and companies should be more mindful of how they treat their clients. They should be respectful and sensitive to our needs, not bother us endlessly with their so-called promotion and packages when we have already said very clearly that we are not interested. The experiences were so stressful and painful that I could not wait to leave.

With this review, I hope other clients will be more aware that there IS hardselling in Onlyaesthetics (never believe what they wrote on the Internet), and especially with Serene, so good luck if you happen to meet her. Again, I definitely will NOT recommend Onlyaesthetics.

bought a peel package, and was persuaded to get another laser package. went to the other clinic as told that only the doctor could do the procedure. before the treatment start, i was asked to sign a form and the declaimers. although i pointed out that i had one of the condition on it and dont think i should go ahead with the procedure, the staff asked me to see doctor anyway and must sign if not the doctor will not want to see me. turns out i was right, my condition was not suitable for the laser at all. asked for a refund, took 3 months and they by themselves decided to only refund partial the amount paid without gst and the grab charges. until now still not resolved.

Just went for a onlyskin apothecary treatment and it was really relaxing, Jovin was really professional, she explained each step to me and also checked in occasionally to make sure the pressure was ok and I was feeling comfortable. Overall a great experience with a relaxing ambience and professional staff.

The service was horrible before I could even begin the treatment.

I was trying to understand more about their services and was assigned to talk to Sarah. She did not address any of my questions properly over Whatsapp and seemed uninterested to answer them.

I told her I would like to escalate the matter to the management and instead of putting me in touch with the right person, she gave me the Group Director's number and told me to message them myself. I found this really strange that as a customer I had to message myself to raise my questions. She then told me they would contact me on Tuesday but never did. Makes me feel like they don't care about the customer and don't care to answer any of my questions. Would not recommend this place at all. Terrible.

I have done some research about Only Aesthetics, and I found there are some bad reviews here , but there are also lots of good reviews on Facebook, I bought 1 time of their face treatment from the website. I visit their branch in Novena on 2nd Nov last month, it a guy whos consult and advise me on the procedure, he also shares with me what i can expect from the treatment ... and after there's a lady can't remember her name, bring me to a room, and she will elaborate with me the procedure, and we start the treatment after all the detail explanation. And after the procedure, they will also share with me what I should do and shouldn't do after the treatment, I also book for my next review session, as the treatment I bought, come with a review session too. I love the after-treatment results, the treatment help to shrink my pore, as well as brighten my dull sensitive skin. I didn't buy any treatment after the review session, they didn't force me or hard sell me on anything. , and I'm happy with the result and their services. Personally, I will still go back to them again whenever if I got any needs for my face, and will also give recommendations to my friend too.

I’m hesitant on all the reviews from here as well from their Facebook .this is because the bad reviews has pulling and holding me back, from trying their services . So what i decided to give a try first ,and I buy just 1 time underarms hair removal trial from the website , since my friends highly recommended to me . I went to their branch in Shenton Way Tanjong Pagar , I’m very impressive with their service there , staff they are patient and soft gentle , without any pressure at all while talking to them , they have share with me all different type of technology, from the trial till ending of the treatment. The whole process it is relax and was pleasant , they didn’t even pull long face or forcing me on buying anything after the trial even i did i did not buy anything, they are still nice and smiling humble and without any change or tone of voice or even black face at all. 😊

It was a pleasant experience here at the Only Aesthetics EON Shenton outlet. The staff was very helpful from the beginning and listened to my biggest concern, before guiding me to decide on the most suitable treatment! They also shared how to maximize the result after each treatment. No hard-selling and forcing me to buy more packages/products too! I'll definitely go back to them when I need some booster for my appearance!

Do not trust the Facebook and google reviews. The beauticians or staff there request customers to leave a positive review and include their name coz of some quota set by the management. They request you to post the good review on the spot and then some of them take photo of the review on their phone to show to management as evidence. So I believe most customers had no choice but to leave a good review there and probably felt pressured to do that. Do not be misled!

Pressured to upgrade my package then tried to sell me some products when I decided not to upgrade. Wouldn’t mind the management to contact me as I’m really afraid to return to the outlet due to hard selling. Even warned my friends to be careful of OnlyAesthetics, so I’d strongly recommend everyone to buy an IPL laser machine and diy instead. It’s very scary to be stuck at the clinic and forced to upgrade packages because you are halfway through the treatment. I almost cried when I was leaving the clinic.

Edit: At least put in some effort to get real customers to do reviews instead of your digital marketing executive who can be easily verified via LinkedIn...

It's very smooth, from booking an appointment to having the procedure done. There was no pressure at all. The staff patiently explained the different treatment options for my skin condition, which was very informative and professional. I signed up for their ONLIFT treatments, and I am very pleased with the results!

Very dishonest staffs they have. A while back I signed up for a rejuran package they kept telling me it was at a good price. But Everytime I go they will tell me I need to use two sessions of the treatment, and nothing was told about using double session Everytime. They “sell” it to you saying that it’s a good price but use the tactic of using double session everytime. End up I’m paying double.

When asked for receipt they just pretend nothing and nothing was written about having to use 2 sessions.
