I found the web page easy to use from a mobile phone. The purchase was easily completed. Despatch and receipt really fast. I expect high levels of customer service and delivery. This company exceeded those expectations.

I placed an order to America, while the company is in the UK. It arrived at my door in less than 36 hours. They packaged the jewelry with a lot of care. Everything was in perfect condition. All of my alchemy gothic jewelry was gorgeous, and for an excellent price- far better than any other site.

So I ordered a Dracocreux pendant and dragon ear-wrap ( can you guess that I have a thing for dragons?). Delivered within the three days of order as specified so I was chuffed. I opened up the package and chuffedness evaporated slightly; the ear-wrap was there in all its glory (and it really is glorious!) however the pendant was nowhere to be seen, even though the accompanying invoice stated that it had indeed been sent. I girded my loins (I once tried girding my lions... it was an unpleasant experience for all involved) and reached for the telephone expecting derision and suspicion.

They could not have been more understanding or helpful, even if the person I was speaking to was called Helpy McHelpful from the Helpful Understanding Society. Fortunately I only live a few miles from their main warehouse so I was able to call by and pick up the missing piece. As promised it was there waiting for me without any aggravation. I left the premises with my chuffedness fully re-inflated.

I needed a great birthday present and fast!

The neclace left green mark on skin so may need a layer of clear nail varnish.

My order arrived quickly considering I didn't provide the correct address type. They emailed me to get the correct address and from there the order arrived within just a couple days. I will definitely be ordering more, especially considering they have a much larger selection of Alchemy Gothic items (and ring sizes) than I've been able to find anywhere else!

Their gothic dragon jewellery is very well made and eye catching. My teenage daughters are very happy with their pendants and bracelets. International delivery is surprisingly quick - even to South Africa!

And found that Online Gothic had both items and also had them at the cheapest price I could find and that the shipping was at a very reasonable rate. I was very impressed by how quickly they processed and shipped my order as I got my items the next day when I was expecting to have to wait a few days like most online shops. The items arrived as described and in perfect condition, would buy from again.

I ordered an Alchemy Gothic Bracelet which looks very nice but when delivered I was delighted, it is brilliant. What a gift my niece will love it, I’m going to get her the matching earrings to match for Christmas. Next time though I will not use the first class post service, but the recorded delivery as it was three days overdue!
