Ordered 2 big bags of bark chipping on Thursday for next day delivery, they didn't arrive on Friday by 5.30 so checked the site for details. Had a panic as read some negative reviews... However, Monday morning bark was delivered! So very happy... driver was lovely and managed to get the pallets up the drive over the gravel to make life easier for me. I've tried to get next day delivery before using other companies and it always takes a week so this was pleasantly speedy. Thank you

Ordered a ton of bark for next day delivery - 8 days later still not here. Doesn’t answer emails or phone calls. Having to go through my bank to try get the £200 back - jokers

Did not refund my £130 so I’ve had to claim through my bank which OGS are now trying to dispute!
Also have fake trust pilot star rating on their website

Do not order from this company!! As other reviewers have outlined they will look for any excuse not to deliver the goods. It’s a scam

This company is OGS and not QGS.
QGS are excellent. OGS are very unreliable
OGS are also called Ningbo and Stockton Property Holdings Ltd.
I placed an order for Beds & Borders topsoil. From the courier I received notification that it would be delivered two days later. It didn't arrive. Notification changed to the next day. DIdn't happen. and so on for 8 days.
At no time did I receive any communication from OGS.
I contacted the couriers who were very helpful. Their head office adviced that no consignment had been received from OGS. They then found out for me that the soil was out of stock.
I contacted PayPal for advice. They were very helpful and organised a resolution request and advised it would be sorted within maybe 10 days.
They contacted OGS. Within 12 hours I received a good email from OGS offering a full refund or Premier Delivery when it came into stock in 3 days time. I took the refund which happened immediately.
I then ordered from QGS who provided superb service and much greater volume for the same price.

One of the worst experiences I have had when purchasing a product. I paid for next day delivery and purchased prior to the cut off time stated on the website, despite this I did not receive the compost the following day. I emailed, called, left voicemails and had no responses at all. Tracking data stated it was ‘on the way’.

I had no response until Monday afternoon where I was told it would be delivered between 3-5pm, however it was not. I tried calling and messaging again but had no response. I emailed again the following day and was told the same thing. It did finally arrive unfortunately in the 20 minute window I had to leave and they have left the tonne of soil in the middle of the entrance of my driveway. I have a young baby, a mother in a wheelchair and my partner has just come out of surgery. This is a huge problem and despite contacting them to help handle it, I have had no response.

Do not purchase from this company. They advertise ‘next day’ and they cannot seem to fulfil this request. On top of this, their customer service is one of the worst I have dealt with.

Absolutely appalling service from this company. I paid extra for next day delivery, the product didn’t arrive. No communication from them at all. I had to chase all day, no one answers the phone or emails. Eventually got hold of someone who told me the delivery was lost. Eventually it was delivered 4 days laters and I am still waiting for the refund of the delivery. Again l, no one answers the phone!
I lost the wages for the 2 lads I had waiting for this delivery as well as the delivery cost. Totally unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Its appalling service and should be avoided. I paid for the next day delivery 6 days ago and it has never arrived. Calls are not answered and emails not replied. They even put a fake delivered message in the tracking system. Not sure what to do next.😭😭😭

I paid extra to get next day delivery and was assured that it would be on the morning run (9.30 onwards) and I would get a text message what time it is coming.

I heard nothing all day and then got a text at 3.30 saying it was coming and it arrived at 5.10pm which was so late it was after the whole day time frame for its delivery!

I hired a help for the day so it was a extra for the delivery + £100 for the worker who left before it arrives + me taking the day off work is a waste of around a further £300 all for nothing based on assurances.

My wife paid for next day delivery but it didn’t turn up. She tried calling and emailing having not received any email confirmation of order. On reading reviews we panicked and thought it was a scam. 2 days later (and still no correspondence at all from the supplier) all arrived no problem.

Paid premium for next day delivery. Did not arrive. Did not repond to emails or phone calls. Cancelled order and asked for refund. Eventually refunded delivery charge but over £100 not refunded. Still trying to recover outstanding amount. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I think I might have been scammed as XL Bag of topsoil delivery was on Thursday. I called and was told it was dispatched. It never arrived and I had to send the workers home. No word on Friday, again told it had been dispatched. Monday calls are not being answered!

Received email about delivery of logs. Waited in all day, nothing arrived. No response to emails I sent. Delivery arrived 5 days later. Logs were ok, fair price.

Ordered 1000kg of black basalt, paid in full including £55 odd for delivery. Got an email 3days after the intended ship date with a courier reference showing total load gross at 600kg. I emailed them asking if this delivery would be on 2 pallets as I’ve paid for 1000kg net weight, I had no reply ever. Finally the delivery arrived a day later than intended. I emailed them telling them that only half the order was delivered. Still no reply. I called a few times but this company do not answer their phone or reply to emails! The customer service is beyond shocking, it’s non existent. I’ve had to call my credit card company for half the amount. Now I have to spend about her £150 to get another ton delivered as ordering half a ton is not financially viable as the delivery is almost the same cost as the items.

Not happy phone , no reply , chat no reply , no email confirmation. Will report as fraud and get CCJ out if they dont reply ASAP!

Really impressed with the quality of the soil and gravel! Garden looks much better.
