I have received this order twice, I could select a delivery date and it arrived on that day.

I don’t know why there are multiple good reviews of this company and wondering whether these reviews are bots or fake. I had a very frustrating and horrible experience with this company. I ordered weight loss medication on the 15th of July, did an online assessment, was approved and then informed that my order would be sent via Royal mail (Tracked24).
I did not receive any email from Royal mail informing me of delivery but the company sent me a text message and email confirming my order and a tracking code for Royal Mail. I tracked the delivery and the app informed me that the package is at the mail centre. I edited my mail to be sent to a safe place and continued tracking mail until the day that it was meant to be delivered. It never came and the tracking said that it’s still in the mail centre. I rung Onlineclinic after 4/5 days to get a follow-up for which they said they would send me another one, again, on tracked24 with Royal mail. Again, no email from royal mail but the company sent a text and email with the tracking code on the 22nd July. Once again, it never came, and the same thing appeared on the royal mail app saying that the package is at the mail centre. I rung them again evidently frustrated because it is the second time and the same thing happened. They offered me a refund and said they would resend another package on the 27th July for 28 July delivery. Guess what? The same thing happened, the package never came and apparently, IT IS STILL STUCK AT THE MAIL CENTRE. It got me thinking that it’s impossible for this to happen THREE TIMES with the same outcome. Also, when I called them the third time, they denied offering me a refund for all the stress they gave me and for wasting my time. I called again today for the 4th time and the customer service was so unhelpful and did not say anything apart from asking for my details and he would request for a follow-up. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING FOR THE LAST 2-3 WEEKS!!! Don’t be fooled by the price, the service is appalling and to think that they manage medications! I have reported this to my bank. Please be careful!
