I paid 600 Rs for a premium eSIM…
I paid 600 Rs for a premium eSIM number. I completed biometric verification, but only received an email without a QR code. Later I got the QR in the app, but it did not work.
I contacted support and had to wait a long time. After 1 day they sent a manual, but the eSIM still did not activate. When I complained again, they asked me to pay extra money to replace the QR code.
I will not pay again for their mistake. Very poor customer service and bad experience. I do not recommend buying premium numbers.
