This is my second purchase of the PowerBase - 3-IN-1 Wireless Charger set. powerbases are fantastic. Perfect for you and your partner, we have one on either side of our bed. Fast charging, and easy to use. Have not had an issue with them so far. Highly recommend. Well done onetapwireless

I ordered a 3in1 charger and it didn't arrive. when I contacted the business they were super helpful and gave me a free product for my inconvenience. The girl I spoke to bent over backwards for me which I really appreciated and was very friendly over the phone. They couldn't have been more helpful.

3 in one charger has been excellent, no problems at all. Charges fast as well.

Absolutely love this charger! Delivery was good despite covid and item worked straight out of the box - charging plug is included! All that’s needed is maybe the option to switch off the little green lights - they’re really bright in a room with blackout blinds!

The delivery was prompt. The price was more affordable than similar products. I now only use this to charge my iPhone 13 Max and Apple watch series 7.

Love the design and it charges our 2 phones as well as my Apple Watch.

I have had my Powerbase 3 in 1 charger now for several months. The unit has been used every day since my purchase and there has been no evidence of malfunction or overheating at all. Until recently I only used the iwatch and iphone elements of the charger. Now I have the rechargeable airpods which means every night all three devices are placed on the powerbase. I am still getting the same powerful quick charge as before. In my opinion i believe the One Tap Wireless charger is one of the best on the market.

Purchased two 3 in 1 base units, both charge our devices. Fast, simple and easy!

I am very happy with the Duramor protective watch band for my new smart watch. My apple watch looks like a shock watch, very good band. I was also happy with the customer service and delivery.

So about a month ago I purchased the Duramor protective band for Apple Watch because I wanted to keep my new Apple Watch nice and protected. I bought it not expecting much but It looked half decent. After I bought I had a closer look at the product page and thought that the band’s we’re going to just be cheap plastic. Then a week later it arrived and I was shocked, it was way better then I had expected, it was made with premium feeling Rubber and had lifted edges to protect the screen! I tested it by scraping it against the wall and the Watch and band were fine. Overall if your looking to protect your shiny new apple during extreme sports I recommend this product.

I bought a gift from their site over the Christmas period and notified them prior to even receiving it in the post that I wanted a return. The returns process was not streamline at all and I paid the overseas postage fees to return it to China and I am still yet to receive a refund.
I would be very careful buying from this cite because I lost my money!

Update:
After this post they refunded my money.

The website is sort of deceiving. It appears Australian (.com.au) and mentions free Australian shipping, but in reality it appears they are not more than a Chinese drop-ship company. It would be useful to have the country of stock on the item - I bought thinking it was Australian stock (faster delivery) only to now see its still waiting (weeks later) to leave Chinese export/customs. Don't bother buying from here if you can find a similar item on ebay that's actually stocked locally.

It took over 6 weeks to receive my watch band.
When it finally arrived, it didn’t fit my watch. It was way too big for my 40mm watch, even though the packaging said it was for a 38mm/40mm watch.
I have followed up with customer service, and all they’ve done is delay and ask for information I’ve already provided.
I definitely would never purchase from this store again and would not recommend it.

Service is hard to comment on as I bought this during Covid so delivery was a little slow.

Great having the charger sit nicely beside my bed. Wonderful having it there for overnight charging and ease of picking up and putting it back without cords.

Not good for a quick charge during the day - quite slow. I can't get charge into my smartwatch either as it doesn't sit flat and connect with the piece. Disappointing.

From the ordering, shipping and delivery all processes were smooth. I didn't have any spare charges and purchased a mixture of iPhone and Samsung one tap chargers for myself and visitors to my home. They have been a great purchase and very handy.

Apple Watch cover fits well, looks good and came in reasonable time

I purchased the PowerBase charger from OneTap last year and just got another two this year (absolutely LOVE THEM!!) Makes it so easy to keep my bedside table clean and fresh and the customer service was really helpful 😊

This was purchased as a bday present for my wife and it doesn’t work for her AirPods. The information provided did say there were any technology restrictions, so now she is back to another cord for charging. Absolutely not what I wanted and leaves a bad taste in my mouth for product purchase and outcome capability.
