The instructions were not clear
The instructions were not clear. I asked for help and there was not a live person to assist. This process took over 45 minutes to figure out. In the end the forms were incorrectly completed. I was also charged for being an "additional signer" but I was only needing to be a witness. Complicated long and expensive and incorrect.

We can confirm that you were added to the session as a witness, not as an additional signer. The session was created through your account. When a session includes additional participants, an additional participant fee may apply. We’re sorry if this was not clear when the session was created. All applicable service pricing is presented during the payment process.
We also reviewed the session timeline. The wait for the notaries was approximately two minutes and one minute, respectively, as two different notaries joined the session. The first notary paused the session after an audio or video issue was identified to give you time to resolve the technical problem, which contributed to the overall session duration.
Most importantly, we’re sorry to hear that you believe the forms were completed incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Support team at support@onenotary.com with the session details and information about what was incorrect. We would be happy to review the completed documents and, if the document was rejected due to an issue with the notarization, discuss an appropriate resolution, including a complimentary session or refund where applicable.
