What this company does to the customers is unacceptable, illegal and worth a lawsuite. I paid 350 swiss francs per ticket to see Wu Tang Clan in Zurich as a VIP guest. Except the promised places nothing of the purchased extras where delivered. No vip merch delicered till today (concert was almost 2 month ago) Avoid buying service from this company except if you want to loose money. I am filing a lawsuite in the next days.

Where do I begin. On March 20th I attended to Boys4life tour upon arriving on time I had to stand outside past the time of entry as OneMoreTimeVIP was running late. Finally in and past security I along with 35+ fans was told we couldn’t leave the building even though the show didn’t start until another three hours. Not to mention there was no food, no water or snacks. One I was told the meet and greet was starting, I long with the other 35+ fans waited in line. Prior to the meet and greet a woman from One More Time VIP informed us all of “new rules” her new rules were:we couldn’t ask for a hug, autograph or any other social media post such as Snapchat and couldn’t ask him anything outside from a hi or hello. We were informed if we didn’t follow her rules we would be escorted out. We also were informed she would be the one taking either a photo or a video (only one). I informed her that this isn’t fair and that I’ve watched other meet and greets in other cities get better treatment. She laughed. Once I got back my phone from the meet and greet I noticed my video was set to Live Photos. When I asked if they can be retaken I was informed no because One More Time was running late and the next group needed there meet and greet done.

Almost 800 euros for 2 VIP Packages with goodies and they told me "We will send you the packages at home after we send you a redeem code by email". For the moment I never received the email and no VIP Packages at all, and the show is tonight...
I'm really hangry about this situation.

ETA 2/19/26: After filing a complaint with the BBB and Ticketmaster, they shipped and we received our missing VIP package. Coincidence? Not sure. But we received what we paid for. So case closed.

Show was December 2025. Still no VIP merchandise. Anyone have any luck getting refunded for the VIP portion?

This is same scripted email responses everytime. "We sincerely apologize for the extended delay in getting your VIP merchandise to you. We understand how frustrating this situation is, especially as the excitement of the show has passed and the merchandise may feel less special weeks after the event. Please know that we are working hard to get your items to you. We have been facing several challenges, including long shipment times, production issues, and delayed communications with our warehouse. Despite these obstacles, we are doing everything we can to ensure you receive your VIP package as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Your support means a lot to us, and we are committed to getting you your VIP items."

The worst to ever do it!
I had a very poor experience with One More Time VIP Company. Promised merchandise was never delivered, despite repeated follow-ups and assurances that it was being handled. Communication was inconsistent and unprofessional, and when issues were raised, accountability was completely lacking.

What’s most frustrating is the dishonesty — information changed over time, commitments were not honored, and there was no meaningful effort to resolve the situation. Customer service was dismissive rather than helpful. Not to mention it was 1 person (Sonia)

I would strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with this company, especially if money, timely delivery and honest communication are important to you.

I purchased the Boy Is Mine VIP package that included several merchandise items (shirt, poster, journal, tote bag) none of which have been delivered. Before and after the event, I have received multiple form emails stating that the items would be sent, but no actual follow-through. It has now been almost three weeks since the show and nothing has arrived.

For the price paid, this level of service is unacceptable. A VIP package should include the items promised or clear, accurate communication and resolution. This experience has been disappointing and poorly handled.

Disputed the charges on my American Express. Only received half the promises, they should only get half the ticket price.

It is now a month and a half AFTER the concert and I still have not received the merchandise!! I have written several emails to no avail. Buyer beware, this is a scam!

UPDATE: FEBRUARY 2026. I finally received my package. Been waiting four months.

We were emailed to arrive early for the Chaka Khan VIP, just to have to wait an hour for admission. The photos that were a part of the package were not available at admission. We were told to come back during intermission to obtain the photos. We did, just to have the staff look at us like we had two heads. I have emailed them on three occasions. The last time I was lied to again. I was told my merchandise was being prepared for shipment. That was two months ago. I emailed them again, just to be ignored. I paid for those photos and the way I have been treated is totally unprofessional and wrong.

I purchased four VIP Tour Packages for the Simply Red concert in Padova (Order ID 1255470637), and although the event took place three weeks ago, I have still not received the promised VIP merchandise.

I contacted One More Time VIP several times and received only vague, generic replies with no clear explanation, no shipping date, and no solution. The VIP package was a paid and essential part of the experience, and not receiving it after the event makes it completely pointless.

For the price paid, this level of service is unacceptable.
There was no communication, no tracking information, and no follow-up despite my formal complaints.

This feels like a serious breach of trust and a misleading commercial practice.
I strongly advise others to be careful before purchasing any VIP package from this company.

Still waiting for my VIP merchandise — extremely disappointing.

Purchasing a VIP 1 ticket from "One More Time VIP" for the Simply Red concert on Nov 19th in Paris was an expensive mistake. This was, without a doubt, the worst concert experience I have ever had, offering zero value for the premium price (€350).

Key Failures:

Non-Existent VIP Treatment: The only benefit was a good seat. We intentionally skipped the non-mandatory early entry, but upon arriving for normal entry, we were denied access at the main entrance. Staff gave us incorrect directions, forcing us into a 25-minute logistical nightmare in pouring rain, walking through back alleys and dead ends to find one obscure, uncommunicated entrance. This was worse service than general admission.

Abysmal Communication: There was no communication that the standard VIP entry was limited to a single, obscure entrance. We were not VIPs; we were just soaking, angry customers due to their lack of preparation and signage.

Missing Merchandise: I bought two VIP tickets and claimed two merchandise packages. Two weeks later, they are still missing. This is a failure to deliver the tangible goods I paid for.

Insulting Customer Service: When I complained, I received a boilerplate response citing "all sales are final" and ignoring my core issues (the single-entry rule and the missing packages). They offered no compensation or meaningful apology for the fiasco.

Summary: This service is severely overpriced, fundamentally flawed, and managed by a company that does not care about customer experience. Avoid One More Time VIP if you expect any form of premium treatment.

November 8th I attended a concert at the Oakland Arena. For my birthday my mother purchased the meet and greet passes for “the boy is mine” show. It guaranteed a photo, a signature from the artist and an exclusive meet and greet merch package. Although I took a picture, I never received it or nothing else promised. I’ve reached out numerous times to the company to a number that doesn’t work and a email account that is giving nothing but dismissive automative responses. OneTimeMedia in partnership with Ticketmaster have other complaints to the bbb about this very issue. They taking hundreds of dollars from fans and giving them nothing in return.

I splurged on a Vip ticket primarily for the amazing seat, and let me tell you, that 2nd row view was worth every penny! Despite the steep price tag, the seat was top-notch. But everything else about this "VIP experience" was a major letdown. Seriously, this company is selling a VIP package that's far from VIP. The early entrance was a joke - early entrance to where exactly? To the same spot as everyone else? And don't even get me started on the uncomfortable plastic chairs that left my butt feeling flat after just 15 minutes. And then there's the VIP package they sent by mail after the concert...a pin and a table cloth? Really? My first time buying from them and I'm already thinking I could do a much better job at creating a VIP experience. It was a horrendous experience all around. But hey, at least the band was fantastic. They saved the day, even though the so-called VIP experience fell flat. Sorry, but it's the truth - there was no VIP treatment to be found here.

I bought VIP tickets for Ireland 12/3/25 and expecting to get VIP treatment.
Wasted my time getting there early, to be standing in queues the whole time.
To date we still haven’t received our merchandise.
You have to go online to claim your merchandise.
Do yourself a favour and don’t buy a VIP ticket it’s not worth the hassle.
Save your hard earned money.
