The Level 3 survey was carried out at very short notice, which was greatly appreciated. The surveyor was professional, efficient, and provided a thorough assessment despite the tight timeframe. Excellent service and communication throughout the process. Highly recommended.
We used O’Neil’s for our Level 3 survey when buying our house in Reading, and we were really impressed with the service. The survey was thorough and highlighted several defects we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Thanks to the surveyor’s findings, we were able to negotiate £4,500 off the purchase price.
