Greate platform for precious metal buying

I wouldn't if I was you, they sent my funds to the wrong account then denied my identity and locked me out even though I have multiple accounts and already sent my documents for my person. The customer service is like asking an infant to solve a calculus equation. Don't put your money into this application. Horrible.

It's ok, need better communication with It's customers when site goes down. 60 Day holding period needs to be cut down to 30 days. Other than that good place to buy and hold.

Onegold is a great platform. I've been using it. I think for at least five years now I like onegold because it helps me invest in things that I like it helps for me to say for the future and gold and silver, and sometimes palladium

I like the ease of use, but it has some drawbacks.
First each account needs its own email, which makes it cumbersome if you want to move between accounts. Then the credit card stored, doesn't always go through to pay storage fees, so they liquidate some metals to cover for fees, which triggers a taxable event, and they don't even keep track of capital gains and loses for reporting, which complicates taxes further.

I’ve used their website for several years. Purchase near spot is much better than the 3% fees most sites charge. Easy to buy and easy to withdraw which I have used many times. Storing overseas is a plus.

Very Worst customer service, no will give proper answer and once ordered your things will ready may be 15 days or more

Don't use this app, no timely delivery and no commitments from them, they circulating our money to growth their business, when ever your required physical gold, then only knows for their real bad faces.
