I used OneDome's HomeBuyers as recommended by my brokers CMME, combining mortgage and legal advice in one package / re-mortgage package (which kept the already reasonable costs down and managed in one place. Andrew Bilby was the assigned OneDome manager and, along with Paul Williams and Helena Grundy of CMME (who got me the best deal), was exemplar in ensuring each step of the conveyancing was dealt with on time, each time and that I was kept informed of progress proactively. Events progressed exactly to the timeline communicated [in advance] so there was no undue stress involved. The whole experience was fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending CMME and OneDome. I will certainly be using them again

From start to finish my experience with OneDome and CMME (brokers) has been amazing!
The package I selected combined mortgage and legal advice and was reasonably priced (including the broker’s fee). My case was not an easy one and was handled with care and tact. Paige Pink advised what would the prerequisites be to successfully apply for a re-mortgage. She constantly kept an eye on the interest rates and managed to secure a mortgage with the lowest rate as soon as the opportunity presented itself.
Once the lender was confirmed Andrew Bilby was there every step of the way even contacting the director of the company while my solicitor was on leave to ensure my completion would be reached as soon as possible.
He managed my expectations and provided insightful advice.

The solicitor’s firm that was assigned to my case was amazing as well ! They truly went above and beyond.

Having been through this experience before and quite frankly finding it stressful, I was dreading going through it again. But thanks to Paige and Andrew, it felt like a walk in the park I was guided and looked after throughout the entire journey.

I used OneDome's HomeBuyers combining mortgage and legal advice, which was a fairly priced package with CMME brokers. With the costs being reasonable and fair with no hidden or undisclosed extras.

But more than this, I had been to several bank who couldn’t give me a mortgage because I made a lifestyle choice a long time ago to not have a permanent job but to give myself freedom in work choices and work as a consultant instead. Generally I was penalise for this decision, and the banks told me that i would need to do one of the following to to get a mortgage; a) I either needed to go back into a permanent job or b) have a contracted position with a minimum of 12months on the contract after the property was bought, (this was despite most of my contracts actually being extending with me holding the post for 1-3yrs). However, once I got in touch with CMME the brokerage and mortgage process was so simple. Stacey De'Athe and Lisa Meddings at CMME were extremely helpful in dealing with my questions and concerns.

Stacey and Lisa secured the best deal possible for the mortgage whilst providing great advice and support.
