In general, I am satisfied with the service, my wife had a problem and had to take a test, some things need to be updated, especially when it comes to tests that can be done at home and that require blood to be taken at the clinic. And besides, there should be more such private laboratories where you don't have to ask a doctor for tests and wait twice as long. Quick contact with customer service, I didn't have time to put the phone down when I got an answer from the lab. Thank you regards

Brilliant! Booked online and was able to get an appt within two days. Clinic was easy to find, plenty of parking and modern and efficient clinic. Emma that took my blood was lovely and it was the first time I have had a blood test when I literally didn’t feel a thing. Results were back in less than 6 hours.

We arrived a little late for our appointment due to delays in Uber with wheelchair access. The phlebotomist waited for us, greeted us warmly and was efficient and helpful when completing the blood test.

She delivered the tests to the processing lab and explained our urgency. Speedy processing of my blood test results enabled an Emirates ‘Fit to Fly’ document to be approved so, after six nights at Gatwick Airport, we were eventually allowed to fly home to Australia.

Don’t trust these people if you want to know your health condition.
My results were absolutely not right, I received as a result random digits. And not just me, my wife had the same issue-random digits, she done the same blood test after receiving the results from them in the Princess Royal Hospital and the results were totally different.

The whole process was excellent. The phlebotomist, Emma was extremely professional and helpful. Everything was clearly explained. I required some clarification on the results which was expertly dealt with by email by Charlotte. I would highly recommend using this service.

Very friendly informative nurse and the sample was sent off to be tested. Received an email as soon as the specimens arrived at the Lab and then just a few hours later with another email containing the results.

The lady who took my took my bloods was friendly and was able to quickly take my blood which sometimes can be an issue for me. I was kept updated and received my results quickly. I would highly recommend this service.
