Very prompt with results. NHS too frustrating now as cannot access our own results in our area.

I attended the Cardiff clinic on a Friday for Ultimate Longevity tests. Rebecca was friendly, efficient and explained everything well. I had notification my samples had arrived on Saturday morning and within a couple of hours the results started coming through.

There was a delay in some of them but Charlotte responded to my query in 15 minutes of my email and the remaining results arrived 2 hours later. I wish other organisations gave this level of service

Really simple and easy process. Location for tests provided parking and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Friendly and helpful team.

Lovely member of staff at the Cardiff office, very quick and painless, and results came back very fast with clear easy to use results. Great seen as often you wait weeks for an appointment with you GP. I work in a clinic myself and very happy with the service.

Customer service is so poor and your cost are way to expensive for such low quality service i wish i didnt consult you guys from the onset, went to your clinic in cardiff i had to wait outside past my appointment time. I wouldnt recommend you guys to no one.

Easy to book. The lady who took my bloods was lovely. The whole appointment took around ten minutes. Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future!

Got an appointment really quickly, blood was taken very expertly and some results were delivered by email the next day even though it was a Saturday. All results were received within the stated targets. The results were comprehensive, highlighting any that needed attention. I will certainly use them again.

I chose One Day Tests due to convenience, I couldn't have made a better choice. The appointment to take my sample was painless and ran to schedule. They offer a three working day day turnaround but in my case I had all of my results the day following my sample being taken. The 'dashboard' was easy to understand. I opted for a GP consultation. This was as smooth and efficient as the test service.
I can't recommend this company enough.
