Their/supervisor is toxic, always crying, making up stories, always saying something about other employees, in short brainwashing trainees, new employees including us, not checking emails, not working properly! Do something about it! Ur interviews and hiring process was always smooth but when we have to start training-Jna(supervisor) so draining! You should do something about her. And your employees will always leave ur company. Konti pa ng leave, 6 sa isang taon? Tapos onsite? Malala na. To all applicants do not apply here, mauubos tlga kayo. Hanap sa iba na pangalagaan ang employees hindi lang ung head!! Smantalang ung head ang dpat nyo tanggalin!!!

The interview process was great! The employee was understanding during the times my wifi fluctuated and they ask meaningful and challenging questions. They also respond to queries in a succinct manner. The interview I experienced was done in a timely manner - we started on the dot and we ended before the set time for the end of the meeting. The only thing that can be worked on for me is the lack of details in the invite whether or not the meeting will require me to turn on my camera and to dress well. Otherwise, everything else is good!
