I ordered this product the first time and it was shipped from Hong Kong. I loved this product so decided to order for six months supply in second time but never received my order until now. It has been about 9 months. I emailed and also called the company which located in Hong Kong. I spent $50 just to make a call because it was international call but no results. Not sure if it was a scam. Just be careful ordering this product. The funny thing is the company has never emailed me again since then.

This company/product seems to not exist anymore. No Answer from Emails, Phone and FB msg. Placed order and didn’t receive any confirmation or tracking #. Checked IG and FB it has the same comment everybody is looking for their order including myself. Been calling the customer service but seems to be a regular phone number kept ringing and straight to voicemail. As much as i love this product we/i also need our/my money back.

I still have not received my order 16438 or refund.
If you will study the reviews, this company began having trouble in October, when it appears to have been moved to Hong Kong.

Has anyone received an order since October? Their website is active and still accepting orders, but the site is now run by Hong Kong. Any advice?

If I could a zero, I would. Worst customer service ever. Placed order Sept 2nd and close to 2 months, still haven't received my purchase. Never sent me a tracking number, and when I asked for it, the tracking number provided has been pending forever. Kept promising it'll be delivered in a few days. Their hotline is unprofessional because it sounds like a personal phone. Nobody picks up and it goes straight to voicemail.

I ordered a box from them a month ago and still have not received it. I tried calling them, but it just seemed fishy since no one answered even though they said that the customer service hotline was open 24/7. I didn't get any recorded message identifying that it was the company, but just an automated recording saying to please leave a message. I contacted them by email two weeks agao, but no response. Also, when I received a shipping notification, it was from Hong Kong and once I clicked on the tracking number, it said that my item was "Not Found." I paid through Paypal and the transaction receipt showed that my payment was sent to Hong Kong. The website is misleading since it says that it is a Japanese company and made it seem that it's being shipped directly from Japan, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I am surprised by the other rave reviews that I have read before submitting mine. I am wondering if these reviews are all fabricated by the company. In my experience, this seems like a total scam. Shame on me for falling for it.

The worst company ever!!!! Having a case with them now to refund me 150e !!!! They never replied to my email and I never recived my order !!!! Disrespectful and disappointed about this experience! Never again!!!!

This company appears to have scaling problems. It was like pulling teeth to get a return authorization and a month after they received my return (I have tracking) they STILL have not refunded me. I keep getting "sorry for the delay due to high volume" BS. Unless you're SURE you'll be keeping this product, skip this company.

I gave them 1 star due to it did not work to me at all I had a major break out when I included this in my daily coffee drink anyways the customer service was really nice when I'm inquiring about the product (prior me buying it) but then when I need to return it they were MIA they said I need to return the products first so that's what I did and never heard from them..to make the long story short paypal had to reached out to them but no response at all so I got my money back had not me reporting it I will not be able to get my money.
