If I could give less than one star I would. The omega cold press juicer purchased in 2021 has a 15yr warranty on the main unit. Absolutely useless when the juicer barrel plastic fatigued and broke. The model has been discontinued. Rendering the entire unit useless. When communicating via email only, no customer service phone number that works, there was only ai agent circular communication that was very unhelpful. The item was a gift with a serial number plate and date of manufacture putting in the warranty period. Being a gift no receipt and no solution and customer service focused approach at all. Just compounding frustration. The juicer is now in the bin and I have purchased a Kuvings Juicer with great customer service reviews.

What is going on? I bought a juicer which is not 1 year old it needs a new drum(screw came off) which is worth $29 and under warranty. No one answers phone no one answers emails. (I have rung about 10 times and emailed about 8 times). The US branch said they can’t help. I would pay for the part but it’s out of stock. Never had such bad experience in my life. Are they even real?

Terrible customer service spent $300 on a juicer and then you cannot get a replacement part under warranty or even if you paid for it. Apparently the part is obsolete.

Do not purchase an Omega Juicer….the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Parts break and they do not have replacement parts available to purchase.

SHAME on the disgraceful SUPPORT service that you have provided. Cannot believe Sam, the manager of the support team who responded to my email, claimed not to know the name of the CEO and was unable to provide their address.
Given the high end prices that OMEGA are charging for their juicers, the Customer Support Service I received was Shocking!

Whilst I already had an omega juicer I ordered a replacement part only to find that it was faulty and part of the item came off. Took over two weeks to even reply, then tried to claim as I didn't buy the original juicer from them that they couldn't help me, I explained I was entitled to a replacement and they refused to give me that. I have now escalated this. Very Poor customer service. Not what I would expect from Omega.

Agree with other reviews - the UK importer blames the customer when they should take the time to understand the issue. They are purely in it for the money, not to create any brand loyalty.

These are expensive purchases and I wish I had not gone with Omega.

Non stop is something broken. Every 4 weeks we are in contact with the customerservice.

I bought a juicer that had a 15 year warranty for the parts. After some parts broke and the juicer was within a warranty, I contacted them and they begun to direct me first to one department and then to another and so on. They are scammers.

We bought an omega juicer, paid approximately 200 euro for it, after a couple of months the plastic feeder broke after juicing some carrots, unfortunately our receipt got deleted so we had to buy the new part which cost approx 35 euros.

We then decided to cut carrots lenghtways and put less in at a time as to not add extra stress to the feeder but 10 months later the same thing happened again. The feeder is very flimsy and is not built to last! So if u like juicing carrots i would not recommend the omega juicer. So disappointed as i heard it was a reliable product hence why i paid so much money.

The switch on my juicer went bad.
I only use it once a month.
I contacted the Legacy company who handles the warranty. They had me take pictures, make videos, and had me to try to repair it on my own with what they call the "Magnet Trick".
After speaking and emailing them for a month nothing has be accomplished.
Save yourself from the headache this product is poorly made. The company has the worst warranty policy and costumer service.

So to make it really brief my house burned down on April 18th everything I owned gone. I had purchased maybe about a year ,year and a half ago a beautiful Omega that I spent a little bit more than $400 for. I really did love the product didn't get to use it as much as I would have liked too. anyway house burned down along with my Omega juicer. The juicer was completely sooted out from the fire. I call the company because I know that it has a great life 15-year warranty .I figured I have valid reason I have proof of what had happened let me call and possibly I can get my most favorite thing replaced. wow to my surprise I was told that house burning down and destroying the product doesn't qualify under the warranty. Really? What I would really like to do is show you the email. But I won't.

The juicer was working fine for a while, but then stopped working so well. Omega sent me a little replacement part (at my own shipping expense) that did not fix the issue. After that, they stopped responding to my emails requesting further action.

Omega juicers company is an amazing organization and they stand behind their product like a mountain & support within the waranty period of 10 years. They resolved my issues very professionally & smoothly without any hesitation even after 7 years of my original purchase of a juicer which I purchased from bed bath & beyond. I am very impressed and would highly recommend their products & custommer services they offer. Omega, you are truly a 5* organization and & I am delighted to deal with you. You have the best product & service I have ever experienced over the past 10 years. Thank you!

There seems to be no customer support or replacement parts available for the Omega juicer. I did send the required pictures and info but never heard back again after several weeks of sent emails.

They deserve 0 for customer care. For a return you have to fill up a form. Then wait for ticket number. Then an email asking for pictures. After you send pics, then other email asking you to cut the power cord and then you take the pictures again. I didn’t do that because I wasn’t trusting the company to give me tefund since the return process is no sence and a lot of back and forth. Also Another thing to be aware of, is to make just a small cup of juice you need a lot of produce, so for families it’s not doable.

This has been hands-down the WORST customer experience of my life. It's full time job trying to get a simple issue resolved with Omega Juicers. 1.5 years of time waiting to hear back from someone over email, send ing them pics, being told one thing, then it never happening. Following-up again and starting over with a new person. Then another... Then asked to cut the cord off machine and sent pics (3rd round of pics and videos requested). No, no juicer. And SUCH a wast of a machine that could have been repaired. But I AM OUT OF A JUICER an no follow-up correspondence.

OMEGA - I am SICK of having you on my "to-do" list each week.

Get your act together. And get a customer service phone number that works!!

Hello, I'm Brazilian and traveled to the United States in February 2020.

I ordered my Omega Juicer MM900HDS 200 Watt, Silver directly from the Amazon.com website on 2/22 and received it on the 25th.

SERIAL NUMBER KPBL0019083033 / MM900HDS000153.

I have been using it since I arrived at my home in São Paulo, and I was very satisfied.

But in May 2020, I noticed something strange when the bagasse came out of the device: I realized that the juicing screen rubber was suddently broken.

I've sent tree e-mails to Omega since then with my invoice and some pictures. The only answer I've received until today was an automatic response.

Omega Juicers kindly provided return shipping for the juicer, and I did finally receive my refund.

I imagine they are working very short staffed during the pandemic.
