Going to Cirque de soleil

nice lady on the phone called Lottie was very helpful and informative i was happy with the itinery and booked straight away

Tom was excellent

Tom was excellent, helpful and efficient making the booking process an enjoyable experience.
In particular when it came to specific questions I had in relation to accessibility issues.

Telephone booking

Problem with booking online instantly resolved with a phone call to Rebecca at Omega who completed the booking over the phone. Pleasant and efficient. Confirmation email arrived promptly.

London Trip to Buckingham Palace

We did a trip to London recently Buckingham Palace We were first pick up at 5am and had numerous [pick up points finally arriving for free time in London at 1215hrs.We had two drivers who were excellent, had a number of comfort stops enroute. After free time we arrived at our hotel Atrium Hotel Heathrow.A large modern hotel. It was a shambles obtaining room keys .There was a number of minor problems over the room with the staff being unhelpful The hotel was very clean although the window our room did not open as it overlooked the restaurant, which meant the room was musty on arrival The breakfast was only warm.We were told by Just Go that no evening meal was included due to previous complaints about this hotel .
I did notify Just Go on our return but have had no response from them so far.
The visit to the Palace was excellent and the return home went well

I don't think I would book a trip again…

I don't think I would book a trip again which is disappointing because I have just retired.
We were not kept informed re itinerary. There seemed to be people on our coach going to different venue/theatres so when we were dropped off for our matinee we were a long walk away from our chosen theatre. I am not registered disabled but an arthritis sufferer and it took me a long and painful walk to get to the theatre. . . in a heavy downpour! Also had to work out where the theatre was.
Shortly after boarding the coach I had a text telling me that the 'deadline for tickets is 11.30'. I had no idea what this meant, so I wondered if there was going to be a problem with the tickets. I ignored the message as I had no choice.
Cannot fault the hotel but the lack of information was terrible. All we knew by Saturday evening was that we needed to be on the coach by 9am. The driver, though pleasant, was unable to tell us how long we would have in London after boarding the coach at 9am. One dropped off he told us only then, how long we would have. Consequently we had to wait until we knew before we could decide what to do/where to go in our free time.
The whole reason to book a coach trip to a theatre is for the convenience. I thought we'd be dropped off nearer. And lack of information regarding our second day was infuriating.

Too much time spent on the coach

Too much time spent on the coach. Theatre seats were uncomfortable and too far away from the stage. Breakfast at the hotel was abysmal.
