I had a terrible experience with Ollie
I had a terrible experience with Ollie. I would give it 0 stars if I could. My dog did not like the food, which was a preference, and that's fine. I cancelled my subscription, or apparently just "delayed" my subscription. I never tried to subscribe to begin with since I only did a 2 week trial and then out of no where got an almost $300 charge and a shipment of food that I never approved. Ollie refused to refund me. Terrible customer service and would not recommend.

It noticeably improved Yoshi's life!
First, old Yoshi loves his dinner. Also, In the past 90 days, his fur coat became richer, his chin acne cleared up, his eyes became more lustrous, and his activity level became puppylike. Now if only I could eat it!!

Tay was great
Tay was great. I felt comfortable asking the questions I had and didn't feel like a bother. Only complaint I have is with the company. I ordered through an ad and was given the promotion of the best shaped bowl and that isn't coming in my box due to availability. The other complaint is there isn't a multi dog discount. I have 7 dogs and would like to be able to afford to have them all on y'alls food.

Ollie delivers when it counts!
What a relief! Our pup Winnie enjoys the variety of the flavors. However, she only eats Ollie. She’s been eating it since eight weeks old. We love it too.It’s very easy to serve and store. As a growing pup It’s become a stable of her everyday diet to continue healthy growth and development through balanced nutrition. We recently ran low as she was going through a growth, spurt and eating more than her usual. It was so easy to go on the app and get a delivery and just a couple days so she had no lapse in her preferred food. Which is essential at her stage of life I was so grateful for the quick delivery service and easy to use app. It wasn’t complicated to switch the delivery date and update her menu.

Convenience isn’t worth weight gain & customer service disingenuity
I gave these guys two chances, inexplicably. Twice I used them for a few months. My dog got fat, though I didn’t realize until the second time it was the Ollie that was causing it. The product, aside from that, is ok. Dog likes it. The service is semi- convenient: *as long as you have no problems*, you’re fine. But customer service is slow to resolve issues via email, and it’s not easy to cancel the service.
I somehow got signed up for double orders. I would receive the first and within days receive a notice another was on the way. I thought it was a weird mistake the first time and stopped it in time. The second time I emailed them to stop it and it came anyway while I was out of town. I fussed via email and asked to send it back frozen and unopened. No one answered. I told them to cancel. No one answered. Then I told them I’d been through something similar before and wanted, now that days had passed with no response from them and it was surely no longer frozen, to donate it to a nearby shelter and receive a refund.
They said they had no way to do donations of give refunds. (Aren’t you sick of corporate slipperiness? I am.) They had done this before! They certainly do have a way to do that.
Eventually I got hold of them. They cancelled my account fully and refunded the extra order, but not until after they’d tried aGaiN to toe the same disingenuous line that they don’t do refunds or have a donation process but “we’re happy to give you a coupon for your next order!” Ugh.
If the food was a product that didn’t cause my dog weight gain
And
If the company didn’t, shall we say, skirt straightforward communication
Or
(Most importantly),
If they’d just resolved the issue quickly the first time
Then
The convenience might have kept me on the chain.
It’s not worth it. (Also it’s not cheap)

Ollie is the best
Ollie is the best! I have a 5-year-old basenji but for her first couple of years had a lot of skin issues with allergies and itching and vomiting. She would have diarrhea. We tried everything. We never used cheap foods. No kibbles or canned wet food. We always made her food or bought fresh brands trying all different types. Long story long ever since she's been on Ollie She always has solid poop. She is the perfect weight. Perfect health. She's full of energy. Very happy and very healthy. I've had issues that were my mistake and they've even helped make sure we always had our food and that Buffy was always happy. Always going above and beyond even reimbursing me from missing box dates and having to purchase it from a pet store .Not to mention she's very picky and she absolutely loves her Ollie and every treat we've got she loves as well so thank you so much for being part of her journey and helping us keep her here for as long as possible 🐕💕

Very misleading
Very misleading. I signed up to give them a try.
I have 2 mini goldendoodles - male and female - 1 is 40lbs the other is 39lbs.
Thought I was getting 42 packs per dog. 42 seemed like a lot for the month but I don't know, that was the email layout and I never used them before.
Turns out 1 dog was only getting 14 the other was getting 28. Over 1lb? 1 was to get 2 and the other was to get 1? How?
Also, was made to believe this was for the month as it says 1 month on their dashboard. Turns out I was wrong again, its for 2 weeks.
If they want me to stick around this has to be a seamless transition cause. I am not paying them $500/month after that. $500/month is a car payment, nearly the cost of a mortgage - DO BETTER.

In response to your response, I wish there was a way to share images on here to ask where the confusion is.. Also, there will not be another time, I am not going to be purchasing anymore with your company.

Need help! Ollies isn't Eaten.
Well, Lacey dawg is renewing her old finicky eating style. We are on the 1 pack and 1 & 1/4 cup dry Ollie food plan for financial concerns. The transition hasn't been seamless. I've tried adding breakfast sausage links to the Ollies, and she now won't eat the sausage either. Unheard of! I added As a shot in the dark, a Pak of Pedigree Drizzlers savory sauce. She did't even sniff it. She LOVES your jerky treats. That cannot be her food, however! HELP!
