Products are not even close to the photos. Boots came labeled “fashion” on the insole, like the ultra generic Chinese junk on Amazon. The materials are an entirely different colors. The boot soles are not gum, but instead feel like literal pencil eraser material. The arch support in the left boot is a mile high while the right boot has none. There’s an ugly tag on the tongue *exterior* that says “Hong Kong” despite the product images having no visible tags and the product not being labeled as coming from China. Didn’t even arrive in a box. Came in a plastic bag. Smells strongly of chemicals. Absolute SCAM.

The sweater i bought claimed to be cashmere and the jacket i bought looked like a cheep costume. STAY AWAY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! If I could choose zero stars I would.

I purchased a coat for my husband that did not fit at all. Although the company advertises a 30-day return policy, they refused to provide return instructions and repeatedly tried to push store credits instead of honoring a return.

I have now sent more than 8 emails requesting return details, and my messages are being ignored. The coat ordered was a 4X, yet when it arrived it wouldn’t have fit a teenager. When I contacted customer support, I was told the item was the “correct size,” but that the manufacturer may use different sizing charts. However, no size charts or warnings are posted on their website to indicate this. The product was also poor quality.

Extremely misleading practices, poor communication, and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
