The actual product was okay.
Unfortunately they use EVRI for deliveries.
EVRI delivery agents always seem to ignore instructions for delivery, just chuck the box against the front door, take photo and go.
As we ordered jewellery, EVRI said they would return up to three times to ensure delivery.
Nope....just chucked box on step of our front door, took photo and went.
We got delivery confirmation including image of box of jewelry chucked against the front door and we were over four hour drive away.
Had to get 87 year mother to drive over to get the box before someone stole it.
Never again.

I ordered something for my sister for Christmas, but unfortunately it didn’t arrive in the store before the last date I could spare to go shopping without the children. Given that it was glass, I went into the shop anyway and found the item I wanted and not quite the same as a thing but something I knew would go down well. The sales assistant had said to me on the telephone that they would help me and they definitely did. She went through a recent delivery of jewelry hoping that she could find something I liked and this morning when I receive the email to say my item was in store I almost immediately received one to say it had been returned to the depot so that the refund process of my original order could start. I am sure I was one of the more time-consuming customers that day but the staff member at the Plymouth store was fantastic. And it was much better for me not having to carry a glass present home with two children excited about Christmas!
Ordered 3 jumpers for presents and despite getting delivery time from evri the parcel failed day after day after day. OB seems to think it’s my job to chase Evri and even though tracking stopped I am expected to wait yet another week for refund. They keep sending me the exact same email every day saying it should be delivered today . Of course this never happens so I contact them and next day get email saying it’s coming today - and so it goes on and on and on and on ………Dire customer service and at this time of year I cannot afford to be so much out of pocket because I now have to rebuy goods elsewhere and you STILL OWE ME MONEY . SORT IT OUT and don’t order unless you have time and energy to wait if the courier loses the goods .

So disappointed. I’ve been looking at the ola dusky pink accent chair for 2 years and at last it was in the sale. Couldn’t believe it when I tried to order one. No deliveries to Scotland…. I couldn’t get it delivered to our home address, to the oliver Bonas shop and I could not buy one at the sale price inspite of availability . I believe this must be an ombudsman issue as it’s on sale, available, yet I couldn’t buy one nor would they honour the price and have it delivered at a later date. I’m so disappointed

Bought brown corduroy trousers. I am normally a 12 but bought a 10 to allow for stretch. However within 3 days they have stretched so much that they look awful. At the waist I know have a 7cm gap. I doubt Oliver Bonus will take them back as I have worn them but it has been a waste of money for me....
I can’t praise Oliver Bonas highly enough. I ordered glasses for a birthday present, the glasses weren’t delivered, they then sent me another set of glasses. I had to sign a disclaimer that if the glasses turned up I would inform them. 2 weeks later the original glasses turned up. I informed Oliver Bonas that I’d now received the glasses & when the 2nd set turned up, I offered to pay for them rather than return. The’ve just emailed & said I could keep the glasses. How generous! Thank you so much. 👏👏👏
When my order got mislaid by the courier, Oliver Bonas immediately despatched a replacement. Communication and customer service throughout was impeccable. Cannot praise them - and their products - highly enough!
Unique products that brighten any home and wardrobe; the pricing is a fair representation of the quality (given that everything seemingly costs a pretty penny these days).
This is the first time I have brought from Oliver Bonas and I have to say well impressed , from my online purchase of dog lead , treat pouch , dog towel and poop bag carrier , the emails / communications to picking up my purchases in store at the Balham branch has been effortless, the store was lovely and clean and I was amazed as soon as I walked in I was approached by an assistant to ask if I needed help so welcoming and friendly , talk about make my day.
Then I get home with my purchases and could tell instantly everything was wrapped up with care .
Oliver bonas is my go to shop now , they certainly put all the others to shame , well done Oliver bonas in Balham .

She was helpful, patient , friendly and polite.

I've always loved walking into an Oliver Bonas shop. If I had unlimited funds, I'd buy everything there. I am leaving a 5 star review as I think good customer service should be noted. I had a small issue with an item I'd bought at the start of this year with a part breaking. I contacted customer services and they immediately arranged a replacement item. Unfortunately, the item was lost by Evri in transit. This obviously wasn't OB's fault, but I notified them and they immediately despatched another replacement via Royal Mail and sent me a £5 goodwill voucher. To my surprise when the item arrived, they'd sent me x2 new replacements. This was very unexpected and excellent customer care. I have been a longtime customer of OB and will continue to be so.
I ordered a clutch bag which is lovely however when it arrived it was smaller than pictured on the website. The photo on the site was obviously edited to make it look bigger. I have noticed a few other brands/stores seem to do this, it’s quite misleading.
I ordered a gift card to be sent to an email address without knowing that it could no longer be accessed. When I learned about this I contacted AskUs at OB on Saturday at 16.51 to ask if the card could be cancelled and reissued and at 18.12 received a reply with a new card. Amazing customer service, definite 5*.
I'm very sad to have to give a negative review because I have always loved Oliver Bonas, have spent a lot there and the staff have always been really nice and friendly. My local store, Leeds has expanded and I was impressed at how lovely it looked when I visited. No greeting though and the staff were huddled together chatting which has never been the norm there before. I was going to buy a card. The card had no protective wrapper which was fine as I assumed I would be given a small paper bag. At the till the person who served me was not pleasant or friendly at all. They said to me, "You won't need a bag?" and I said, "Could I have a bag please, just to protect it?" She replied that I could but it would be twenty-five pence! I was absolutely stunned that they were charging this for a flimsy paper sleeve - I have a shop myself and we gladly give these to customers for free if they request them. There is no legal obligation to charge for paper bags. I declined to pay, left the card and left the store feeling as though I had had a very bad experience. What a shame. If you buy a card you want it to arrive to the recipient unmarked and requesting a small bag is not unreasonable. I went round the corner to Scribbler and bought a card there for which I was given a free bag. I will no longer be buying my clothes at Oliver Bonas either. The attitude of the new staff is rude and condescending.

⚠️⚠️I would avoid ordering from this company online. I have ordered 4 parcels in the last 2 months all of which have been "misplaced" at the Evri warehouse!!!!! Despite all this hassle and upset Oliver Bonas have refused to send my parcels via Royal mail. You have all been warned ⚠️⚠️

I placed an order and then had an issue and when I phoned I got through straightaway and the guy I spoke to was so helpful. He even said he would check something and then phone me back. He checked on the issue and then phoned me back promptly, I couldn't believe it. Most companies won't even pick up the phone, leaving you to go round in circles with an AI online chat.
I even received a follow up email after my phone call, I was so pleased to get the issue resolved so quickly and easily.
I just wish they didn't use Evri for delivery so if you do place an order for delivery, request they use Royal Mail instead, or pick up in store if you can.
Loved the shop until, I bought a pair of earrings for £22 from the Portsmouth outlet on a trip to Portsmouth. The earrings fall apart immediately after a first few use. They felt a bit wobbly but thought maybe that was intentional. I emailed them but unfortunately if you buy from outlet you need to go the same place to get a refund / return. Of course, I can’t go to Portsmouth again for a pair of earrings, was expecting some gesture of kindness / goodwill as the product was defective. Not something expected from an over priced brand that sells worse product then Temu.
Good.. Really Like the Mirror! Its beautiful & creates a cosy effect with its iridescent glass frame. Its also lightweight. They should make the holders jut out though more as having them so flat to the back causes scratches trying to get it hooked. Item was packed well to the point of a bit too well, it was sealed with wooden planks with lots of tiny nails which cause injury & products are at risk of getting damaged if made too difficult to unpackage. Delivery was fast. Checkout was simple. Item was on the pricey side for such a small lightweight mirror but its perfect fit for my landing & its iridescent colours really have added warmth to a really dark and dreary spot in the home that gets no light. The cut of the glass frame causes it to reflect in alot of different angles. But again please make the holes to hang out out slightly
