Olive logo is a total piece of crap company
They are calling to get more money for the patent office. Then it's for some publication. If I could give them negative stars I would.

0 Stars. Steer clear. Very clever and sophisticated scammers. They did their research to claim falsely they had done work for other notable companies in the industry. Created a great logo and website for our company and then the extortion began for various little things, i.e. needed money for some invented accessibility certification for the website for some accreditation agency they invented and even had a website for. They hijacked the website with a banner we had to pay to get their help to remove. Came back a year later claiming copyright of the logo we paid them for. Multiple other similar things that I’ve blocked from my memory. Harassed us constantly for payment. Sad, because as I said the up-front logo and website work was actually good. Huge scam.

The most disgusting thing about these Olive Logo Scammers is that they keep on calling every 6 months and trying extracting money and they threaten to auction the Name of the company and logo, if the company is already registered in CA, ho can they auction the name of the company, i regret that i did logo design with these idiots.

Scam, blurs the total cost. Keeps asking for more money and promises its the last time. After 13k and still no website but for another 2.5k.. I just cut my losses on this group. Also shows a 9.9 out of ten from trustpilot on their site, yet this site says a 1.9.. humm.. I would think trustpilot would take action for false listings..

BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not throw your money away. If I could give this company 0 starts I would. I purchased a logo from them in 2019 for a very reasonable price or so I thought. I was then called in late 2023 for them to tell me that someone wanted to purchase my logo (news to me because who would want my logo) and I would need to stop using it if I didn't pay them $750 to buy the ownership to the logo because they can sell the logo to whomever they want. They threatened me, was nasty on the phone and had their "lawyer" send me a cease and desist letter. I spoke with one of their "lawyers" Paul Adam(s) over the phone who then told me they would take care of everything and transfer all rights to me and even file all paperwork with the copyright office plus they threw in an animated logo for the inconvenience. I specifically asked if after this I would have full ownership and would not need to deal with them again. They said yes. Everything would be done and full ownership would be to me and I would have the paperwork to prove it. I received a bunch of ownership and transfer certificates and confirmations from them after paying them. The same attorney calls me a few days later to ask me for $450 to pay for the filing with the copyrights office! I told him no because he said it was part of the full ownership transfer. He said don't worry, I already took care of it but it did take me some time. I literally received a Certificate of Registration from the United States Copyright Office not even a week ago so thought to myself, finally this is over. Now here we are a few months later and I get a call AT NIGHT from someone claiming to be part of their legal copyrights department and that I needed to pay them $883.00 for a notarization, an affidavit 9 declaration form and a form 1 to be able to fully own the logo. No formal email, no invoice until I asked and no real information for me to confirm these requests. They then threatened to sue me for infringement and stated the lawsuit starts at $75,000. I told him the company's business practices are the most unprofessional and concerning to me. I told him he has no shame in treating small business owners like trash and taking advantage of them. He even told me "Do you really think your $750.00 makes this company rich because it does not." Also wanted to add that he was texting me!! After we got off the phone he began texting me the invoice asking for payment. I am absolutely appalled by how this company treats paying customers who put their trust in using their services. Please be careful with this company. Something is definitely not right here.

This is not a legit company. Not registered with the BBB. Not honest. They give you a low price to make a logo then threaten you and try to blackmail you and pressure you to pay more. I almost fell for it! At the last minute I asked them to show me the contract that says that the logo that I paid them to design still belongs to them. The got mad and “sold” my logo to a fictional character. They also tried to “good cop bad cop” me. These ppl will hopefully get what they deserve asap!!!!

The company charges you for a logo then they try to sell you the “rights to use it” for a ridiculous price. Then message you later and tell you they are gonna sue you if you use the logo you already paid for. This company is a scam do not do business with them!

The worst company I’ve ever come across. They are liars, cheaters, scammers. They do nothing except harassing you time and again. I wish I had read these reviews earlier and never gave them business. Worst experience ever😳😳

Trash company. Asking me for $400+ to keep my logo after 4 years of complete silence and no contact. Don't use them for anything at all

I would give them less stars if I could. I supplied the photo & explained what I wanted in a logo but they continue to harass me to spend more money to protect the rights to this logo. Biggest scammers I've ever come across in a business. Pathetic! Definitely steer clear of this company!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I give them credit for a great scam! The actual logo they designed was wonderful. But then they started this "copyright" thing ... which I declined. Almost 4 years later I get a text demanding we "update" our copyright of the mark. Instead of calling their legal team from the text, I call them from their website and sure enough, the POC is at that company. I am informed that I need to pay to confirm my copyright and I inform them the company was shuttered. To my surprise, they informed me I need to pay to terminate my copyright. Cost either way was about $500. Their phone lines suck and the two people I spoke with had terrible English skills (ostensibly they were attorneys). I knew it was a scam ... but it is well executed. So, I called the USTPO and spoke to their guys and they informed me what Olive was saying was pure BS. Just for giggles, here is part of the text:

"The Chief Registration Office has initiated legal proceedings against you, and  Oct 11 2023 is the final day to complete the necessary renewals.

Failure to comply with this requirement will result in serious consequences, including potential loss of your copy rights and potential fee ranging from $75,000-$150,000 under Section 501 Infringement of Copyright. I strongly advise you to pay your dues immediately to avoid legal proceedings against you.

I paid for a website they never provided now years later they demand I remove the logo they made that I paid for from anything because they own the rights. SCAM

This company is Affiliated with Vista Logo. Vista logo site is now Permanently closed. If you go to USPTO.com you will find out Olive Logo have been charged with submitting Fraudulent applications regarding TradeMark and copy right to hundreds or small business. It is also stated in the court document They we’re grossly over charging customers for their services. I am a Victim, I lost over 12k of my savings …. The same people working at Vista Logo are the same people at Olive Logo …… I asked for my pass word and user ID to my website so I can take my business else where…. They refused and demanded 3k from me….Please don’t be a victim like myself .

I was also scammed by this company. They ended up holding my domain hostage and wanted me to pay $699/year for a service that should have cost $12.00 per year. This was after my service was completed. I cut my losses and built another website on another domain.

Just a heads up to everyone this company has rebranded as digitdesignstudios. I got the exact same hustle as described below. Email still came from olivelogo.com, but to late they already got money out of me.

I started the process of creating a logo and website with them in 2019 at the "bargain price of $794"! They claim to have a 48 to 72 TAT. I received my logo which was very basic but ended up having to pay additional money for the rights to it which they originally said was included. The sales consultant assured my that content was included. Then when we got to the process of creating the website I was told that I had to create my own content. This was over a month after my webpage was supposed to be up and I was at a trade show distributing my cards with the website on my business cards. !My web page is STIlLL NOT UP! It is MAY of 2021!!!! And this is after charging me another $800. I was finally given an account rep that was supposedly the head of the design department to handle my account since it was taking too long. I was told that content would now be included with the additional money paid. Then I received a message saying that it's going to cost me another $410. After throwing a fit and about the continued charges and their "guarantee" of no hidden costs they agreed to waive that fee. had a meeting scheduled to set timelines today and never received a call back or even a response to my texts. Now they are asking who will do my hosting because my free year of hosting has expired. But I've never had a site up to utilize the hostiing!!!! I'm furious! Getting a lawyer involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They are not an honest company. They gave me a lot of really bad designs and claimed they did a lot of work and will only refund a portion of the money. They also claim to be registered with the bbb and have an A+ rating, but they are not even a member of the BBB. Very dishonest and on top of that they are really bad at design. Stay clear, you’ve been warned.
