Terrible customer service skills never use again

Terrible, no customer services took my money now won't answer calls or emails . Avoid like the plauge. Update finally did get my money back

Product is fine, but the promised next day delivery wasn’t next day and courier DHL left it in the open without ringing the bell even though we were in.

Second time we have used Olectrical, good web site, good price's and both times delivered in 36 hours.

Very quick service and they look great. Let's hope when fitted the are as good as they look

A problem with the initial order was quickly and courteously resolved. Can't fault this customer service and would definitely recommend the company.

Delivery speedy, 1 of the 4 lights is dull and only half lit up! Very light and cheap feeling so will see how long they last!

I previously left a very bad review due to non delivery of my items and lack of communication from the company.

After I left the review on here I was called by the owner of the company and to be fair they have been brilliant in firstly delivering my original items.
Although they weren’t suitable for my application I messaged him again and they arranged with customer services for me to return them and sent me a full refund

Paid for the materials but still have not received them. When I called the customer service, no one answered the phone. I have left a message, no respond either. Will never buy anything from them again.

Poor delivery and even worse phone answering. I ordered an item for a job which was time sensitive, the item was due for next day delivery and a week later i've still not even had a dispatch notification.
Apparently if i want to return the item, when it arrives, it will cost me £8 plus shipping.

Not having much success with these units - ordered one and hit was delivered tin complete - the box had been opened at some time and the mains adapter was missing. Returned the unit and ordered a replacement - that unit did not work ( would not join the network ) so that has now been returned. I did use the technical help line and got to speak with someone who understood the issues and promised resolve them for me - but I have given up waiting. Now I waiting for 2 refunds !!!

Update - Olectrical have been very helpful in resolving these issues and have liaised with Ener-J and supplied a replacement unit that worked first time - now just need to hear from Ener-J !

Great buying experience and truly reputable business people who don't take their promise and responsibilities to customers lightly.
