I have one wallet which I bought 14 years ago and is still in a very good shape. Now I bought one for my wife. Looks good and I hope that it will last at least the same as my current. Communication and process of ordering without any issue.

Ho comprato un regalo per un familiare e ho ricevuto ringraziamenti ripetuti a distanza di giorni in quanto appena aperto l'oggetto era chiaramente percepibile come di alta qualità e di manifattura artigianale.
L'oggetto è stato spedito prontamente e con un tracciamento ottimo dall'inizio.
Tolgo una stella solo per l'esperienza di acquisto online: non nascondo di aver indugiato a comprare in quanto il sito appare antiquato ed inoltre in qualche modo mi ero convinto di aver richiesto anche le iniziali sull'oggetto, che però a quanto pare non sono state pervenute, ma può essere benissimo a causa dell'interfaccia di acquisto.

Great customer service. The buckle on my leather briefcase broke after 5 years of near-daily use. I emailed a copy of my warranty card to the company and they sent me a replacement buckle. The only charge was for FedEx international shipping.
